Superb cooking classes - I enjoyed an afternoon cooking class so much at CookInn Taiwan a few days ago that I returned the following day to do another class! The classes take place in a city centre location, in a lovely spacious, airy room with big windows. The facilties are top notch with each participant having their own cooking station. But the real draw here is the skilled, professional, friendly and warm teachers. Both Angela and Chelsea were charming and warm and the classes couldn't have been better. There's no standing around watching at these classes - you get hands on experience from the start and the teachers are eager to answer questions and make sure everyone is happy. Needless to say, the dishes we cooked were wonderfully tasty (we sat down and ate everything at the end of the class) and I feel confident enough to have a go making the recipes at home. Recipe booklet provided but we could take photos along the way. I highly recommend CookInn Taiwan if you want to learn how to make some Taiwanese dishes. Thanks to the cooking school for enhancing my short visit to Taipei.

Easy and fun - We made Gua Bai from scratch and made the braised pork to go on top of the pre made rice. We also made boba from scratch. Easy and fun.

Brilliant Cooking Adventure and Delicious Food - It was super amazing to join the Street Food Cooking Class. At first, I wanted to join the Pastry and Oolong class, but unfortunately, there were too less people who wanted to join - so I'll have to come back :) Then, it got the offer to join the Street Food Cooking Class instead, and I definitely don't regret it. It was so much fun with the team of CookInn Taiwan and the whole group, who joined. We also got the recipes, so it's now a pleasure for me to cook the food while being back in Germany.

Great Cooking Class in Taipei (English Language) - Great class! Informative and fun. The facilities were clean and well equipped. Our instructor (Lydia) was helpful and friendly. It was an English language cooking class and we had no problems understanding the directions. We liked the class a lot and would definitely do it again.

Perfect class length for young kids - Our family did the street food cooking class. Was able to book it a week prior, though we would've preferred a different class but that wasn't available for another few weeks -- my recommendation is to book this as soon as you know you're interested. Nonetheless, the street food class was perfect for our family, which included three kids ages 5, 8 and 11. The class length was just the right amount of time -- not too short, and not too long. The class instructor (Lydia) was super friendly and helpful. The facility was clean (with the helpers there working throughout the class to maintain things well). The recipes were straightforward and simple enough for everyone to follow along. My wife and kids all said they had a lot of fun and that it was a great/new experience that they'd be very interested in doing again. Online booking process was pretty easy, and the pre- and post-class communications were very organized. Location-wise, it was easy to get to from the MRT station.

Definitely worth it! - I did 2 classes. The Taiwanese Gourmet Cooking Class (incl. Traditional Market Visit) and also the Taiwanese Street Food Cooking Class. Both were great, but I was surprised that I liked the Taiwanese Street Food Cooking Class more. In any case, if you are in Taipei, you should check this place out.

More bubble tea to the people =) - Wow what a great experience! I love bubble tea and I was surprised how good the boba turned out to be. We can't buy it in Sweden, so I'm glad that I know how to make it now. The lu rou fan and gua bao was delicious as well, but not as good as the bubble tea.
