A must see in China - A must see experience that is truly one of a kind. The level of beauty is next level compared to other landmarks. My tour guide Linda was great! She wasn’t too overwhelming where they’re too talkative and too insistent

Must Do Activity in Zhangjiajie - Part of the tour is to ride the longest cable ride at 30 minutes so that alone is exciting add a power failure and waiting inside the cable hanging over cliffs by another 20 minutes. The mountains and the cave (Heavenly Gate) is beautiful this is a must see activity in Zhangjiajie

Incredible trip to the mountains! - We were staying near the other entrance to the park so we were picked up by Linda, our guide and her driver. We drove back to Tianmen Mountain cableway Station and began our journey up the mountain. Our day was cloudy with a little drizzle throughout the day. That may have been a blessing as we walked on the glass walk way around the mountainside and were unable to see below us (for those of us with a fear of heights). But the park was beautiful and the sights spectacular even on such a day. Our main reason for coming was to see Heaven's Gate and walk the 999 steps made famous to us by the Land Rover commercial of the car going up the mountain steps. We arrived at the opening at the top and took the escalators down to the bottom and began our trek up. 45 minutes later we looked down the 999 steps and celebrated our accomplishment. 15 minutes later we were at the bottom taking in the awe inspiring view. Then it was a wild ride down the mountain on the shuttle bus back to the cable cars. Linda was very helpful and informative throughout the day and even gave us ideas for our next day near where we were staying. We sent her pictures and a thank you for all her help . Although we did not get to the glass bridge, everything else was spectacular. And on a sunny day, the view would be unmatched!

Awesome ride - We drove down this road with all of it’s 99 turn on a medium size shuttle bus. You felt every one of the turns and buses coming from the opposite side in the opposite direction added to the excitement. The views were stunning and they were like no other.

AVATAR Mountains!! Glass bridge, Tianmen Mountain - Great guide! Ann was very helpful and we loved the place!!!! The hotel was really nice! We enjoyed the mountains, it was really nice that we had our own driver and they had water bottles for all the days that we were with them, and you could leave your stuff in the van if you didn't want to carry it in between places. It was also really nice to have a private tour, she could take pics of all of us, she told us about the history of the places that went to and overall I totally recommend it!

Great experience and awesome scenery - Has booked tour package with China Highlight for 4 days tour. Got to customized my tour and payment was easy (Wired to their account and paid the balance upon arrival). In the airport was met by my English speaking guide, Monica. Monica speaks fluent English and has good knowledge of the places I visited. Even the entrance tickets were purchased in advance and wasted little time on queueing. The places I visited were as follow, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Yuanjiajie (include the Hallelujah Mountains), Mt.Tianzishan, Bailong Sightseeing Elevator, (Day 1) Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon with Glass Bridge, Baofeng Lake, (Day 2) Tianmen Mountain, Tianmen Mountain Glass Walkway, Tianmenshan Cable car, Yellow Dragon Cavern (Day 3). The scenery was amazing and stunning. Its truly an unforgettable experience and the planning and execution on every detail of my tour had met my expectation.

Unforgettable 3 Day Tour!!! - We had an excellent experience on this 3 day tour visiting the Zhangjiajie forest park (which included the Tianzi mountain, Avatar mountain, Glass Bridge, Grand Canyon and Boefeng Lake) and Tianmen Mountain. The scenery was amazing and the tour was well organised. Our guide, David, was very knowledgeable and taught us lots about life in China. We can't wait to visit again and would highly recommend to include this tour as part of any trip to China. Thank you! :)

Beautiful scenery! - My husband and I and our two daughters (ages 16 and 17) spent three days in Zhangjiajie exploring the stunning scenery in this area. Our guide, Melody, was fantastic and took us to many places to enjoy the views. Our favorites by far were the glass bridge and the cable car trip up Tianmen Mountain with the glass walkways. Heaven's Gate is a stunning natural formation. Melody was very accommodating to our specific needs and interests. She is very friendly and offered not just an informative tour of the natural landscape but gave us some perspective on present day life in China. Highly recommend China Highlights and visiting Zhangjiajie with Melody as a guide!!
