Great motorbike tour! - The motorbike tour was really awesome! Yien is a great guide who speaks very good English (and a few words of French). If you want to see particular spots, waterfalls, swim or anything else, Yien is very flexible depending on our desires for the tour. Even if the price may seem a little high, I totally recommend it to see the region!

The perfect day in Mu Cang Chai!! - As soon as I booked my staying in the upper Homestay of Yien’s family, I contacted him to ask for any activity available during my staying. He immediately contacted me on WhatsApp- perfect English which is also a plus- sharing details of the available activities. After taking a look to the offers, I asked for a whole day trip that could get me in the real Mu Cang Chai experience. He got it right! He planned out a whole day ride in the mountains all around Mu Cang Chai! We went to take some honey from the wild bees and it was wildly amazing! Then we walked on a crazy hike- real steep always wear trekking shoes- to get to a waterfall! They caught some fish and crab for lunch- but still got a vegetarian option for me! Then we kept riding towards the Old Forest which is a protected area! Enormous! Next time I’ll be back- cause I definitely will be- I’ll ask for trekking in the forest. On our way back, we stopped on the famous raspberry rice field terrace. I was there in mid April, so no green or yellow not water but still it was so so amazing. For the whole day, including Lunch, it was 1.200.000vdg - oh also including 330ml of the honey we caught. I am super happy with the day we spent together- so it’s highly recommended. Also, Yien is very adjustable he can make the perfect trip tailor made !

Magic ! - It was amazing! The landscapes are magnificent ! Yen and his family are very welcoming, warm and very cheerful which is extremely pleasant. Yen will convey to you his attachment to his region and its culture, will answer your questions and will provide you with numerous explanations. Go for it, you won't regret! 👌💯

Amazing forest tour!! - Wow, the experience my friend and I had with Indigenous Adventures was truly amazing! We started at 6am with breakfast, drove a few hours to a crystal clear waterfall with no one there, then to a local village where we got to talk and interact with some local people! Along the way we stopped a few times for fruit, views, and water. Our guide was AMAZING! So kind and full of joy, he really made the experience so fulfilling. Grateful to have stumbled upon this experience, I definitely recommend it if you are anywhere Mu Cang Chai!!

A bike tour with stunning views and plenty of thrills! - We went on a motorbike tour with our 10- and 12-year-old daughters. Even though we love thrill-seekers, our Ha Mon guide and his family drove along the narrow and steep mountain roads as if nothing was wrong, surprising us and asking, "Are we really going there?" We had been looking forward to seeing the amazing rice terraces of Mu Cang Chai ever since we decided to go to Vietnam. This motorbike tour was packed with breathtaking views, including beautiful rice terraces of various shapes and bamboo forests. It's a memory that will last a lifetime for our family!

Our best adventure in Vietnam - This is the best experience we have had in Vietnam, my girlfriend and I (we are 23 years old). Yien and his family are absolutely adorable. We took a motorbike ride during the day to collect wild honey in the jungle. In the middle of breathtaking landscapes, adventure awaits you! It wasn't easy, but a journey through the wild jungle is worth it! We definitely recommend Indigenous Adventure for your stay in Mu Cang Chai if you really want to discover the region and local traditions. Probably the best guide in the region, provided you want to go on an adventure.

An amazing and breathtaking experience with a great guide. - It was amazing in every sense! I did a tailor made trip with Yien: one day through the Mu Can Chai area on the back of Yien's motorcycle. I told him a few places I wanted to see and he added some things he thought I should see, like the bamboo forrest and the waterfall. I got to see the most beautiful places and more! Yien is great company and so were his two cousins from the South, who came with us. Moreover, Yien is an amazing driver. I felt very safe all the way through, even though we went on the most narrow and steep trails I've ever seen. Even unpaved trails were no problem for him, even with someone on the back of his motorcycle. I have nothing but praise.

Great homestay experience and detailed motorbike tour - Dinh has been a great guide for my stay. His family was very welcoming and caring of me during my stat. And Dinh showed me around and explained about H’mong culture with such great passion. Despite the short duration of my stay, I’ve learnt so much during this visit. Thank you Dinh and his family for making me feel safe and at home! I’d love to revisit when the terraces are flourishing with more colours.
