Great experience - It was a great experience. Great views and beautiful performances. The food and just the whole atmosphere and experience was amazing.

Wonderful journey - Music entertainment singer and Food amazing this was my first trip in Royal Princess i enjoyed lot i don't mind to recommend this ship to anyone

It’s okay - It’s good if you get a table upstairs. Unfortunately we didn’t and the atmosphere is quite average. We did however stand up top towards the end. Book in advance to secure an upstairs table because you cannot request, it’s first in best dressed. There is plenty of food to go around! Great variety. Also - didn’t receive the welcome drink as per booking suggests. All in all, it was okay

not recommended - i dont recommend this cruise. tooooo boring….. the food is so so. not worth it. TOOO CROWDED. chao phraya is better. can give a try

Good memoried - Very crowded, not easy to find the Boat, Marking by picture and color so difficult to understood, as messy and chaos

Disappointing buffet, limited views - The meeting point on the pier was very disorganised. There were multiple boats leaving from the same dock at intervals and no clear signage for where to wait. We joined the wrong queue and the other tours were very cross at other boat guests getting mixed up. On the boat there were 3 seating levels - I wasn’t given an option on the booking app so we were in the basement - this was hot and stuffy and views non existent. I would have happily paid to select the upper deck if shown as an option. We went upstairs and managed to see some of the sights along the river. Food was pretty poor but it was the views we went for. Entertainer on upper deck seemed good - there was one per deck - ours was pretty bad - not in tune at all. I wouldn’t recommend at all unless the to deck was on offer.

Choose another Boat avoid this one ! - Never again with this boat . Let’s just say I have been to “many dinner cruises in many countries. I have used viator my whole life and loved their tour companies …not this time !! Normally your printed voucher gets you on the boat . Not the case with these people ! You find out after searching on the pier for a contact that you must join and un organized line for hours to redeem the voucher. Then you are taken like cattle on the boat and assigned a table. We had asked for top level by contacting your operator via viator with no response. Names were not even on the list on check in so they had to call head office it appeared. And obviously no one really spoke any English. After we found our table in the far corner of the bottom deck far from the stage so cannot see or hear the show ( which was pathetic ) with peeling wallpaper, dirty windows and a moldy smell that made my daughter no longer hungry to. We decided the food looked good.no organization for a company of this size and running so long they just said “buffet open” and people grabbing food from all directions no line NO ORGANIZATION . The whole trip. Asked for a coke, was done eating dinner and dessert then they showed up with it 30 mins later . I refused to pay for it after they searched for me and harassed me on the top deck when I went to see the view( which was amazing !! And made it all worth it, food also was tasty and good selection). No complimentary cocktail as description says. Entertainment poor .Choose another company or boat it’s got to be better than this one !!

Unorganized - Queuing until the boat is very unorganised Buffet Dinner is very unorganised Feeling quite disappointed and not really worth the money paid.

Terrible experience, go get another cruise - Terrible experience. Queu entering was managed very poorly. Food was bad. Dinner cruise x buffet dinner x loading of passengers onboard = the worst combination. My reco: just have dinner in any restaurant by the river or do a cruise without buffet dinner.
