We loved our tour guides - they were great for our teen age girl scouts!!!! We loved riding the segs and will definitely do it again - and in other cities - thanks for working with us and for a great experience :)
We enjoyed the tour. Our guide was very friendly. Wish there was a little bit more history shared, recent history as well like about recent riots. Think it was maybe a little bit pricey.
Our guide,Scott, was very interesting and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We had never been on a Segway before but felt very comfortable after his instruction.
Scott did a fantastic job, he made the experience top notch and is why I would happily recommend the tour to others.
Our tour guide was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Got to see some great views during the tour. Will be recommending to friends!
Scott was great!! He was very knowledgeable and the perfect person to take the two of us around. It's obvious he enjoys his job, loves the city, and is such a personable guy. We will recommend to friends. Give that kid a raise!
Saw everything we wanted to see and enjoyed the commentary.
I was very nervous but I persevered and had a fabulous time. My only suggestion would be a better place to learn for the first time. The traffic and cars parked along each side plus a narrow sidewalk added to the stress initially. But we had a great time! I'm so glad we did it.
Our guide Scott was professional, informative, enthusiastic & helpful. He made our experience special to the level that everyone in our party would like to return for another tour. Again Scott was terrific & made the day memorable for all!
My wife and I took this tour for our 21st Wedding Anniversary. We were truly pleased with Becky and the entire experience. Becky was personable and understanding of the apprehension my wife had with riding. We have shared pictures of our experience and have told family and friends about it and told them they should try it. We look forward to doing this again. We rate this A++ and 5 star to for everything.
Becky was a great tour leader. Super fun. Can't wait to try the D.C. Seg tour next.
We had the best time. Wasn't sure what to expect but our guide ended up being a history teacher and was very informative. He was also patient teaching us how to use the segway.
Tour guide seemed like he had tons of cool facts to share. The majority of the tour it was either very difficult to hear/understand, or the radio seemed to be turning off from time to time.
Great tour. Knowledgeable guide. Tour was supposed to be 1.5 hours but was over in 1 hour 10 minutes. That's a lot of time to miss out on. Find a way to extend the tour to the total time paid for.
There were 5 of us. 1 15-year old, 3 16-year olds and the grandfather on the Baltimore tour. 3 of us had been on the Annapolis segway tour last year and really enjoyed it. The Baltimore tour was even better. Beautiful sights, especially the inner harbor, federal hill and fells point. Our tour guide taught the two new riders how to ride the segway in minutes, and they were able to complete the 90+ minutes easily. Our guide was always watching out for our safety at intersections. He was knowledgeable explaining interesting aspects of the ride. Looking forward to the Washington DC tour next year.
Our guide was great....very patient with teaching you how to maneuver the Segways. Once we got the hang of it, we were thrilled with how much we saw of Baltimore.
Fun ,and Very informative about the city of Baltimore at the same time.
Our tour guide was very thorough. Evan made sure or questions were answered and we had time for photo opportunities. It was also nice that the group was just my little family. Mid day tour was the best option for us.
Excellent way to see and learn about new and popular sites in downtown Baltimore. Lots of fun to do. Great guide, he was informative, very knowlegable, funny and entertaining.
The tour was fun and informative. A great way to see the Inner Harbor area and our guide Scott was great!
The tour was awesome! I had some concern with the tour guide because he never stopped to make sure everyone was able to cross streets and navigate difficult terrain.
Guide did a great job and we enjoyed all of the sights. However, it was way too short at only 1 hour vs 1 1/2 hours as advertised. Could have gone or stopped by more sights.
Our guide, Scott, was awesome! Very personable! He showed us how to use the segways, and always let us know if we were about to hit a bumpier patch of the road--which as first time riders was appreciated. He was very knowledgeable about the Inner Harbor and neighborhoods we road through. We would highly recommend this tour as a fun thing to do in Baltimore!!
Segways are the coolest way to see any city. The tour was only me and the guide. He did a good job but I wish he would have slowed down and checked things out more. He might have seen everything a thousand times but it was new to me. We had plenty of time, not sure what the hurry was all about.
Super Easy to schedule the tour and well worth the money. Scott was a great tour guide. Perfect mix of fun facts about Baltimore and interaction with the group. He was a really good teacher making certain everyone felt comfortable with the Segways' and could enjoy the experience. We had four in our group and all agree it was the best way to experience Baltimore. We would most definitely do another Seg's in the City tour!!!! Thank you Scott.
Tour was shorter than 1 hour and half. 50 minutes was how long i think it was.
Our tour guide was very good and knowledgeable, The Segways worked fine and the it was a really good ride. Wish it was for 30 minutes longer!
Everything was great except the microphone/speaker didn't work very well. I was almost at the end of the 7 people on the tour and heard very little history/ information about Baltimore. The tour guide was patient and made sure everyone was comfortable before leaving---he just never checked to see if we could hear.
It was a small group. Got to cover lots of ground and see different places. Our guide made it easy to learn.
Great experience, lots of interesting facts and thoughtful customer service. Check your spelling of Baltimore on this page ;)
Our guide was excellent. He was knowledgeable about the history and sights and was pleasant to listen to. The Segway worked beautifully and were so much fun. Can't wait to do it again in the next city we visit.
Liked the wireless headphones and tour guide was excellent
Evan was friendly and knowledgeable, and considered our level of experience when taking us on the tour. I would be happy to take this tour with him again!
Great guide! We love Segways too!
