A good tour with great guide.

Super fun! I was intimidated by the Segway at first, but got the hang of it pretty quickly. Our tour guide was awesome - knowledgeable about DC & just a fun guy. I had no idea DC was such a bike/Segway friendly city. I plan on booking a different tour with Segs in the City in the future!!

Josh in DC was an incredible guide. I would have chosen Very Satisfied except for the quality of the equipment used for communicating with Josh. He was incredible, but we had a very hard time hearing him because our ear pieces kept fading in and out. Everything was exceptional except for the problems we had hearing Josh. Josh definitely deserves a VERY SATISFIED however!

We did the two hour tour with Matt! It was a great way to see so much of DC and learn lots of interesting facts. Matt was a great guide and kept us moving and interested . Went with my two teen daughters they loved this experience!

Tour guide was really good. BUT he should try and fill the 2 hr slot of the tour. There were only the 2 of us on the tour with him which sped up the tour to 1.5 hrs. Fill the other 30 min but seeing more or stop and spend a little time at certain places. He gave us that opportunity if we asked but we had no concept for time. Also a small bag hung on the segway and attached to the FRONT of the handle bars and not the back where it jabs is in the gut when leaning forward. The bag would allow us a place to store water or cameras or other small necessities.

I have seen tours on Segways a zillion times driving to and from work and I always wondered how fun this tour would be. I am SO pleased to have taken the time to tour DC via Segway with Segs In The City with my 18 yo niece. We had a BLAST with Josh as our tour guide, he tooks awesome pics of us and gave a us a great history lesson going through the city. I cannot recommend Segs In The City enough! Thank you SO much for such a great time!

We had a great time on the Discover DC Safari. Our tour guide was very knowable about Washington, D.C. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to see DC without walking.

We are late to the appointment, but they were very accommodating and re-designed our tour accordingly. Sarah was a wonderful guide from the beginning to the end! She explained everything well and gave use enough time to get used to the segways before we rode off.
