Great time at Gettysburg. - The tour was very interesting and informative. I learned several things that I didn’t know beforehand. Galen was a great host and would highly recommend him.

Gettysburg tour was awesome! - Amy was our driver and she picked us up on time and was very knowledgeable during the ride; giving us facts of the area. We went to the museum for a bit and then our tour started with Tim. Tim was awesome he was so factual but so interesting. My husband asked a bunch of questions and Tim really knew his stuff. We then had a chance to go into downtown Gettysburg for lunch. We wrapped up the day back at the visitors center for the movie and the painting tour. Also, extra time for the museum .Thank you Amy and Tim for a great tour!!!

Gettysburg one day tour - What a wonderful day we had. Galen you are a true gentleman. You looked after my 85year old father so well. You were kind and considerate. I personally totally enjoyed the full day. We laughed so much on the journey up and down. The Gettysburg tour was fantastic. With a great guide… Denis….who was very informative. Plenty of time to ask questions and view the museum. Galen from Colm and Joe thank you so much. I hope we meet you again👏👏👏👏

Gettysburg - We enjoyed our tour to Gettysburg. Galen was our driver and guide. He was very personable and went out of his way to be helpful.

Excellent trip well worth the money - The tour was excellent and our tourguide did a fantastic job driving us to Gettysburg and organizing the trip once we got there. The tourguide was already at the pick-up point waiting for us so there was no waitingtime. For me the highlights of the trip was the museum and the tour with the battlefield guide on the actual battlefield.

Excellent trip - We had a warm welcome to the trip by Galen our friendly driver, who looked after us really well all day. Our guide Fran was absolutely excellent and the museum was well worth a visit. Couldn't fault the day.

April 4 2024 - Gelan our driver was fantastic. Very polite and respectful. Our guide at the Gettysburg Military was rather gruff but Galen handled it well. We felt safe especially on the way back with rain and construction .

Gettysburg tour from DC - The battlefield national park element was best. We would have loved more time on that vs the visitor center and museum. We would have liked to stop at more important sites, get out of the van, etc. Chuck was a great guide but we only had two hours. That was the focal point and why we signed up. You can skip the hour in the town after. Not important or interesting. None of us were shoppers.

Weird Experience - Weird experience! Our driver spoke very little English. 0n the tour were 2 Chinese and 3 English speakers. The driving was worrisome at times. The Gettysburg park and private guide we had that jumped in our van for battlefield tour were marvelous. The craziness came when the Chinese lady started yelling at the driver because he wasn’t translating for her. There was no time for translation with our private guide talking while we were driving. Then the Chinese lady called and tried to get a refund from company while our private guide had to talk over her loud voice. This was very disruptive!!! On the way back to DC, the driver and Chinese woman talked almost the entire time. The driver was driving about 40 miles an hour in the fast lane of the freeway. Yikes! This was frightening- find another tour group if you want to go to Gettysburg!

Avoid at all cost--ripoff!! - One of the worst day trips ever! There were five of us in the van and the driver, Galen, was NOT a guide. He attempted to teach the three of us who were US citizens, about the Civil War in English and without adequate knowledge. We had to remind him that we had already studied the topic in school. The other two passengers (mother/daughter Chinese nationals) with limited English, were apparently a ''side deal'' that the driver had cut with another agency. They were in the van before the scheduled pickup, they delayed the departure by running to the bathroom, and then at the end, the three US citizens were unceremoniously dropped off at the inconvenient meeting point downtown and apparently the Chinese guests were specially driven to another place, because they stayed in the van. After the orientation film and museum visit, we were supposed to finally have a professional park guide to tour the battlefield. The Chinese mom was apparently unhappy that the tour was not bilingual because she got on her phone and was screaming in Chinese to someone for at least an hour WHILE the guide was trying to explain the significance of various points on the battlefield. It really wrecked the experience. I will never use Viator again!
