Fabulous - First day in Athens and it was fantastic! The lake was amazing! Once we got in we didn’t want to get out. Lunch at the base of poseidons temple was delicious with great views. Nathan our driver was the key to the day. He was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Thank you Nathan for a memorable day!!

Relaxing and Fun Trip - Super Helpful Driver - This experience was super fun and relaxing! We loved taking a dip in the lake and the Temple of Poseidon is a must see. Our driver, Anthony, was very kind, informative, and helpful. Upon finding out that it was our honeymoon, Anthony got us a traditional honey and sesame sweet to honor our marriage - which was beyond thoughtful! We couldn’t have asked for a better day.

Beautiful views, great day out! - We had a relaxing day at Lake Vouliagmeni and the Temple of Poseidon with beautiful views along the way of the Athenian riviera. Our driver Harry was very personal and we had great conversations. Glad we chose to do a private tour with Crispy Local as it was a full day and we were ready for bed by the time we were dropped off at the hotel. Highly recommend Crispy Local! We would be happy to travel with them again. Ola kala! 😊

1/2 Day at Lake & Temple - Great day at the lake. The water in May was very nice. The temple was very nice as well. The drive along the coast was beautiful. The driver was very professional and prompt.

A tour that we will never forget! - As part of our Euro Vacation, we spent 3 days in Athens, and this tour was the absolutely best! The Views were absolutely amazing! We loved the dip in the lake and the relaxing drive along the coast, but the easy stroll up to Poseidons temple was a view that we will never forget. Our tour guide, Harry, defined what the Greek people are truly about! Friendly, informative, curious and humble. Thank you Harry, we will never forget you! Thank you Viator- from Rome, To Athens- 4 tours and every one of them were 5 stars but this is the only one that we wanted to stop on our vaca and write a review.

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional - We had the best day! Harry, our driver, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He learnt so much from him about Athens and wider Greece. We went to the Temple of Poseidon first due to the weather being a little overcast and it due to become sunnier in the afternoon for the lake. The Temple was incredible with beautiful views of the sea and neighbouring islands. When we arrived at the lake, it wasn’t too busy. Harry gave us 3 hours at the lake which was the perfect amount of time. It’s stunning. The skies cleared up and it heated up enough to sunbathe on the loungers. The food there was good as well. The nibble fish shocked me a little, but my husband enjoyed them. They weren’t further out into the lake and I was able to enjoy a swim. The bar at the lake and the sun beds were modern with a luxury feel. The temperature of the lake was 24 degrees. We had a little time on the way back o spare so we went to the Olympic stadium for five for pictures. We wouldn’t have seen this otherwise. Strangely enough, we were talking about film and Harry said he’d seen “The Last Pub” which is a loose translation to a film shot locally to us so he had some understanding of where we’re from. It was. The perfect day to relax from the bustle of Athens.

Superb trip to the Temple of Poseidon - The stay at the Lake was very relaxing. We were able just absorb the beauty of nature. Our driver and host, Giorgos, was very informative. He told us the stories about Lake Vouliagmeni and the history of the Temple of Poseidon. He answered our questions about life is in Athens, and the suburbs. He drove us to a nice seaside restaurant for lunch, and his driving was smooth.

Great tour - This tour was great we really enjoyed the lake and the temple of posideon. George our driver was wonderful, very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Would absolutely do this again.
