Highly recommend - This is one of the best food tours my husband and I have ever been on. Our guide, Marianne, was lovely and informative, and we really enjoyed all of the stops on the tour. We especially enjoyed the trip to the Viktor-Adler Markt in the 10th district, and the visit to the other market with the food truck selling the sausage and goulash.
We also appreciated that Marianne sent us photos of the tour, and recommendations for restaurants and coffee-houses after the tour was over.
As other reviewers have said, there is a lot of food - don't eat before the tour and pace yourself!

Highly recommend and ask for Maria! - The day was well coordinated by our guide, Maria, who is from Italy but knows Austria very well!
Food was great and the history was very enlightening. The cafes and vendors who we visited knew her well and treated us so nice. Very laid back, not rushed at all. And the public market in District 10..... like you see in the movies! Fantastic! Would highly recommend.

Best tour ever - do not miss this - My wife and I are going to miss Peter, our tour guide, more than missing Vienna. On top of a delicious food tour, Peter gave us a city tour and provided alot of information about the city history and culture. Peter created the personal bond minutes after meeting us and led us into the best experience we could possibly imagine. We highly recommend this.

An amazing and informative food tour that should NOT be missed on your visit to Vienna. - My wife and I are fortunate to travel a great deal and almost always book a food tour on day 1 or 2 of visiting a new place. This food tour was one of the best. Our guide, Peter, was extraordinary. The tour was intended to be from 9:30AM-2:30PM , but Peter asked if anyone had a hard stop first thing in the morning as he warned we might go later than 2:30. He wanted to not only give us a fabulous food experience, which it was, but also to share the history of Vienna. His knowledge of the city and country was amazing and the tour flew by. If you are wondering what tour to take, stop wondering and join Peter for one of the best tours of your life. Oh and BTW the food was spectacular, local and plentiful.

Excellent way to orientate yourself to the city. And lots of food! - Highly recommend. We had Peter who was lovely and there was nothing he didn’t know about Vienna. He was a very knowledgeable man and his love for the city is clear to see. We got to know a little bit about him over the space of the tour and we learnt a lot about Viennese history.
I have done one walking food tour before, in Budapest, so I knew I’d enjoy it but this one was even better, especially as we opted for the private tour so we could ask all the questions we wanted.
We had to cancel our dinner reservations as were too full by the end! Recommend doing this the on the first full morning of your holiday because you really get a feel for the city once you’ve done it. We travelled by tram and underground as well as on foot of course.
Don’t hesitate to book, I’m so glad we did, it was one of the highlights of our long weekend.

Would highly recommend! - What a fun experience! Wolfy was a great guide, knowledgeable, friendly and took us to some great spots. The group were also great. Really delicious food & drinks…so many standouts…melange coffee, schnitzel, hazelnut ice cream and my favourite a great food market with truly amazing goulash, pork belly & sausages…who knew grated horseradish could be so tasty too!
