- Tickets to Upper Belvedere include timed entry. You will skip the line at the ticket counter, but not at the entrance and security checks.
- Admission is for the main exhibition of the Upper Palace only, excluding the Lower Belvedere and Belvedere 21.
- Admission to Belvedere Gardens is free of charge. In case of extreme weather conditions, visiting the outdoor areas may be restricted but the tour will continue as planned. The gardens are not green or lit up in winter, so it’s best to book a morning tour or visit in spring, summer or autumn.
- There is no luggage storage so please do not bring extra clothing, umbrellas, large bags, suitcases, scooters, etc. Pets are not allowed.
- We will have a maximum of 24 participants. This tour is not suitable for people with disabilities.

Blown Away in the Belvedere - Our guide with Rosotravel at the Belvedere Gallery was both knowledgeable and engaging. While the Klimt paintings were undoubtedly captivating, the true allure lies in the countless other overlooked masterpieces that grace the gallery's halls. Amidst the throngs of tourists fixated on "The Kiss," our guide skillfully saved the best for last—a small, nondescript painting tucked away in a room surrounded by more attention-grabbing pieces. Truth be told, it stands as the finest painting in all of Vienna. Delve into the gallery's treasures beyond the famous, and you'll uncover a world of artistic brilliance waiting to be explored. Enjoy the hunt!

The guided tour is worth it - A highlight of Vienna. Definitely plan on a guided tour to avoid the lines. We stayed for the entire day and did not see everything.

When the guide is passionate - It was excellent. We took the tour in English with Anna. We were a total of 5 people. It was an almost personalized tour where Anna did an extraordinary job. The tour lasted almost 3 hours. It helped us appreciate details always with historical context. We have truly had a luxury guide. I hope you have the opportunity to take the tour with her

Belvedere Bliss: Art, Views, and a Few Tips to Boot! - Had the chance to do the Skip-the-line Upper Belvedere Palace tour in Vienna with my crew and folks, and here's the scoop. First off, that skip-the-line option, Total lifesaver! We dodged what looked like an hour-long wait. Inside, the art is mind-blowing, with Klimt's 'The Kiss' being the crown jewel. Our guide was on point with the facts and stories, but sometimes her voice got drowned out when it got crowded. Heads up: wear comfy shoes because there's a lot of walking, especially if you want to explore the gardens (which you should). And if you're into photography, the views of Vienna from the palace grounds are killer. I'd tell anyone headed to Vienna: this tour's a must, but maybe bring your earbuds for the audio guide.

Great tour, tourguide excellent, good value for money. Hope the organisational troubles were just a one time thingy. - Organisational much room for improvement. Tour started very very late as some administration between tour company (Rosotravel) and Belverdere sales office had to be arranged first by our guide, to receive tickets so the tour could start. Some others decided to not want to wait further and left the tour angrily... We decided to write this in our review, as so far according to other reviews this never happened, so hopefully it is just a one time error.
The actual tour was very elaborate. We were lucky with our very knowledgeable guide (Madina - hope we remembered your name right), definitely 5 stars in English and contents. She kept us interested with a tour around the highlights. And adjusted her voice and tour to our needs. We enjoyed it as much as we could until closing time came... Extra points to the tourguide of letting the organisational mess not influence her professionalism during the tour.
Feedback for improvement: We think headsets might improve the experience a lot with bigger groups. To understand the commentary better and/or to be able to roam around freely in those moments of lesser concentration.
