As a native of Venice, Lorenzo is a passionate cook who is still very much in love with the city he was born in. After first enjoying a wonderful pasta making class, Lorenzo will serve you his take on some classic local dishes in a stunning three-course meal. Expect plenty of great food, wine and some magnificent company in your charming host and the classmates who will be joining you!

Venician Cooking - Lorenzo did a great job and we enjoyed the cooking class and the company. The pasta, fish and Tiramisu’s recipes were awesomel. He provifgoid cooking tips and Italian heritage cooking history.

Lorenzo is such a lovely host! - Lorenzo is such a lovely host! He showed us how to make tiramisu, ravioli from scratch and baked fish. He gave as a lot of recommendations to enjoy our next days in Venice, too. So glad we did this experience!!

Fabulous Experience - We had the best time with Lorenzo! This was such a fun and learning experience. We made pasta, which will be easy to do at home; made Tiramisu, which I will be making for a dinner party on Friday night; and a delicious sauce with eggplant. Lorenzo made sure everyone had a chance to try each activity and participate. The food was delicious! I would recommend cooking with Lorenzo!

Highlight of Venice! - Four of us booked this class with Lorenzo and we're so happy that we did. From start to finish, this experience was everything we'd hoped for. We learned about Venetian cuisine, culture, and life along with learning techniques to make delicious food. Lorenzo taught us how to make 3 kinds of pasta, an incredible vegetarian sauce from scratch, and even tiramisu. This class also allowed all attendees to share life experiences (and we also learned some about Norway from other attendees), it was exactly the type of warm and friendly experience we were hoping to have.

Viator meeting directions are terrible - Viator directions and service are incredibly poor , unbelievable that they as a company cannot get an addres correct !
Once chef located class was great but Viator is terrible !

Great cooking experience! - Lorenzo was very friendly and very informative, it was a great and fun time! We made ricotta cheese and spinach ravioli, baked sea bass with toppings of our choice and made tiramisu for dessert. He was great at teaching and gave lots of tips for our visit!

Local cooking class - We had an incredible experience with Lorenzo. It was a private class since no one else signed up at the same time! He was accommodating to my vegetarian and also to my desire to learn to make foccacia! We made ravioli, foccacia, and an incredible dessert (also impromptu change since tiramisu has raw egg and I'm pregnant- no problem for Lorenzo!). He lets you do it all yourself so you really learn while also being patient and gently showing you the correct way. We had such an enjoyable evening. Definitely recommend!

Best cooking class in Venice! - Lorenzo was our cooking class teacher and he was the greatest! He was a true Venetian, born and raised. We cooked in his condo which was all setup for a group class. Small group with one other couple our age. Lots of fun and he had a good sense of humor. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Venice!
