A must-do in Valparaiso. It couldn't have been better! - I totally recommend this tour to anyone who wants to experience Valparaiso! It felt very safe to walk with a group, and Gonzalo did an amazing job. He spoke great English and showed us so many beautiful places. Thanks to Gonzalo, we were able to see everything we wanted in Valparaiso in only a couple of hours, learn about the city, and try one of the funiculars.

Great overview of Valpraiso history and key sites - Great tour with Filipe who was very informative about the history of Valpraiso as well as where to find the best local beer! Wonderful walk through some amazing street art and historic buildings. Highly recommended!

Let down by Urban Tours - The tour guide (Camilo) did not show for the tour. Nobody contacted us until long after the planned start time. 6-8 people waited for the tour to start.
Urban tours then reported us to the booking agent, Freetour as a no show. This wasn't correct. Freetour can stop you from booking with them in the case of no show so this isn't fair!
Luckily Jurassic tours also had a walking tour leaving at a similar time so we was allowed to join that group to see Valparaiso.
Things happen but please be honest Urban Tours when they do.
