An great way to explore and start to understand a beautiful and historic city - We were a party of 3 and all really enjoyed our tour of Valencia with Maria. Maria’s enthusiasm for the city in which she lives is infectious and we all ended the tour knowing so much more than when we started! We got to see places and buildings we couldn’t have hoped to have found on our own not least the delightful Hortchateria where Maria took us to sample hortchata the traditional Valencian drink … delicious and apparently very nutritious ❤️ Valencia is truly beautiful and Maria did a great job of introducing us to the city. Excellent tour about Sorolla and Valencia - We had a great experience from beginning to end using Turiart for our tour of Valencia. We scheduled two private tours with Turiart focusing on Joaquin Sorolla and his history in Valencia at the turn of the century. We had two fabulous tours (in English) of both Sorolla's early life in the city including where he lived and studied and a separate tour of the beach community where he painted. Our tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and well prepared and the administrative staff was organized and communicative throughout the booking process, answering all of my questions and clarifying any concerns. I highly recommend using Turiart!

Lovely bike read through Jardin del Turia to the Arts & Science city - I booked a private guided tour on-line. Turiart is a very professional company and was quick to respond and give information. I booked a 2-hours bike ride through the Turia garden and to see the Arts & Science city. It was lovely biking through the green and lush gardens, stopping from time to time to look at flowers, bridges etc. Laura our guide was very friendly and nice and had the basic knowledge about what we wanted to see. Everything worked well and was a welcome break from other types of sightseeing in Valencia.

Great Tour Guide - Poor Follow-Through by the Company - Our guide was very good - knowledgeable, friendly, and patient! The two-star mark down is strictly for the company. The TripAdvisor listing reads "Please indicate in your reservation where you would like the tour to start, or where you would like to be picked up." I indicated to the company that we were arriving via cruise ship and that we would like to be picked up at the port. This was acknowledged and confirmed by the company. However, they assigned a tour guide who doesn't drive and couldn't make the pick-up. We ended up taking a taxi (at our expense) to meet the guide in town. Fortunately, our guide was very good about communicating with us to establish a meeting point.
