It was a fun time. Elaine did not disappoint.
Elaine was informative and fun and even offered to take her own time after the tour to take us to another stop outside of the tour.
Objectively, Elaine is fantastic! I love the first tour of the female serial killers so much that I booked another tour for the next night immediately! She was incredibly knowledgeable and fun to listen to. She is a great story teller!!
Matt was a great tour guide - fun and engaging storyteller, ensuring the group was having a good time and providing time for any questions! Enjoyed learning more about New Orleans dark past!
She did a great job
Elaine was super sweet! She had the right amount of dramaticism for this type of tour. She was well spoken and animated, as well as humorous. She even checked in on me after the part about the experiments done on pregnant women, as I am expecting. She’s so thoughtful! It was an absolute pleasure having Elaine as our guide! I’m recommending her to any of my friends who decide to do a tour. Thanks Elaine!
Me and my family took this tour with the tour guide Matt Byrd and it was incredible. Matt was a fantastic tour guide that made every minute of the tour interesting and informative. He was very knowledgeable and great at what he does.
Matt did a fantastic job. It was eerie and backed up with historical facts. (: would definitely recommend.
I would hands down recommend this tour to anyone planning on visiting the New Orleans area who's wanting a mix of mystery and history. Matt Byrd did a terrific job showing our tour group around and even though the streets were loud and crowded, we had no problems hearing Matt tell the stories associated with each building. The tour completely exceeded our expectations and Matt is a great tour guide!
Great tour, Matt was extremely knowing and engaging - a great and scary time!
Emily was great!
I was hoping for more of the killers in the tour. Stories like The Axe Man, Delphine Lalaurie and the Upstairs Lounge and the ghosts associated with them. You were great and the information you gave was very interesting. In spite of the rating I really enjoyed the tour and, more importantly, you. I also appreciate that you were going to reschedule a tour for my friend, who couldn't make the tour. I was very king of you.
Nice tour, interesting stories
The tour was good. Did not understand being listed "adult only" as only one item was adult material. We paid for a tour but spent 20 minutes at a bar.
Very informative and knowledgeable about the tour. Emily was our tour guide and we could not have picked a better person! Perfect balance of macabre, history, and humor.
Tracy was so friendly and knowledgeable! I'd recommend her to EVERYONE!
My boyfriend and I were lucky to have received a one-on-one tour with Paige! We were thoroughly impressed by her knowledge, friendliness, and personal insight on local tales / mysteries. The intimate setting made the stories all the more chilling. In fact, the whole experience felt very much like we were strolling through town with a good friend.
This tour was amazing. This was the ONE thing that we really wanted to do in New Orleans and Tracy made it a wonderful experience. She was hilarious and engaging and make it such a great experience. We would definitely recommend her and Ghost City to anyone looking for a great New Orleans ghost tour.
It was her first tour so not to bad. We were hoping for other information form the other tours we had been on only new info as at Jackson square. More on serial killers since it was Halloween. Not bad though but not the best so far
Paige really knows her history and is good with people. She has great potential as a tour guide. The only reason I gave this four out of five stars is because we would have liked to hear more stories.
Tracy was very energetic and made the stories come alive. Great tour.
It was ok but just involved a lot of walking and then the group stopped and listened to stories. I went to one in Savannah and the tour was extremely informational about the area. Elaine did a fantastic job of telling stories, however I just wish the company would have its guide talk more about the area as we walked. I understand there was a lot of people milling about but I just felt like it was a lot of downtime for the money that we paid.
The tour was interesting and Tracy was entertaining. We enjoyed the tour. I did have some trouble following her transitions between each story/site. I also expected more facts about murderers since this was the killer and thriller tour. It seemed more like a typical historical NOLA tour.
This was a brilliant tour! Our tour guide was really great. I loved hearing all the grizzly stories (adults only) and liked the mixture of historical tales and modern incidents. Thank you so much for such a great evening spent learning about one side to the NOLA city. Me and my partner really enjoyed ourselves. Would highly recommend for anyone interested in grim details, horror and true crime and a bit of twisted history.
Tracy was an incredible guide. She added so much entertainment whith the " southern charm." She is very personable and very educated. You can't go wrong if you choose Tracy as your guide.
Our tour was very informative and fun. Every question was addressed. Our guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining.
favorite part of my whole trip! Randy was awesome and a ton of fun!
Elaine was a great story-teller and the tour was a lot of fun. It felt a bit rushed though, and I felt there could have been a little more banter with the group.
Great, very knowledgable host. A fun/scary tour! Will definitely do the east tour next time we're in town.
