Great! - Great trip. Next time Id do the nighttour to see the hot lava coming uit of the volcano. Id also rent a boat to do my own coast to coast trips on these islands.

Lipari and Vulcano Sept 2023 - Wonderful trip to Vulcano and Lipari! Loved the local adventure in Lipari which our guide took us on and a tour of the town and beautiful churches there. Vulcano was a smaller town but our guide led us to a local restaurant with a delicious pesto pistachio pasta! Did a little shopping or could go to the beach.

Great day out - Really interesting trip, tour was well planned and organised. The tour guide was excellent. The boat was large and pretty full, but a great day out!

Worth every penny - Worth the price of tour. Yes, there is a lot of travel time on bus & on boat, but, you have enough time to do as you please and it’s definitely worth every penny. Guide was very nice and open to assistance.

Great excursion - The two islands we visited were amazing. The bus driver did an excellent job and Elizabeth the guide did was very informative and friendly. Would definitely suggest this trip.

Memorable experience exploring the beautiful Aeolian Islands - We had a fantastic day out. Joseph, our tour guide, was very friendly and knowledgeable about Sicily, as well as adding some humour to the day, which was lovely. On Lipari, we opted out of the optional bus tour as we wanted to explore the town on foot - can highly recommend going up to see the basilica and exploring both of the main streets where some really lovely food can be had. On Vulcano, be advised that although the tour advertises the mud baths, these are currently closed for refurbishment and will be for the foreseeable future. However, there was the option of going to one of two beaches - I can highly recommend the black sand beach which is a short walk from where the ferry docks and is perhaps the most beautiful beach with the clearest water, lovely to swim in, that I have ever been to. This wasn't a problem for us, but just to be aware that you will share transport with other tours, as travel is via a public ferry, but Joseph was able to help us board more quickly and efficiently, although the queueing system did break down on the ferry back from Vulcano. As we were technically visiting in the off season, it was crowed but we were always able to get a seat on the top deck, which was lovely. All in all, it was a wonderful day out with some of the best views - we even saw some mountain goats and dolphins on the way back! Huge thank you to Joseph and our driver, Carmelo, for making it so memorable.

A little disappointed... - A little disappointed that the mud baths were closed during our visit. Otherwise we had a lovely day.

Aeolian Island Trip - The islands were beautiful however the negative the day was very long. Almost half the day was going and returning from the islands. I would not recommend.

Horrible customer service! - We never made it to the tour and they had the audacity to tell us its going to be cancelled a day before and only because I asked them if everything is going be ok for the tour! They disrupted all our plans and we had to make new plans in short time for next morning. They offerred other tours which we were not interested in! Thank God we were paid back for the tour cancelled.

Awful tour - We were totally disappointed and dissatisfied with this trip. The guide was inattentive and disinterested at best. We were not given enough information at any point and struggled to know what was going on. The minibus tour of Lipari was in an old bus that leaked and with not enough seats for everyone. We felt herded around without respect or consideration. No until we arrived at Vulcano were we told the main attraction was closed. We were given no information about either island or on activities we could do.
