The best tour - This tour was great. Kudos to ROLAND our tour guide. There are several mud bath and water fall tours to look through at different price levels. We chose this one which was alittle more but we chose this because the admission fees were already included so we didn’t have to worry. It also said private car which usually means a small tour van which are ok. Turned out it was just us in a very nice minivan. Our driver was great. Ask for Roland. He grew up on the island and knew everything. The drive to the mudbaths takes awhile. Roland gave us a complete tour and history lesson of st Lucia. We made a few stops on the way to take some great pictures. Having a tour guide like Roland was great. He stayed with us the whole time and made sure we got the most of our experience at the mud baths and the beautiful water fall. He kept our phones and took great pictures the whole time. He seemed to know everyone and he made the experience exceptional. We now have a greater appreciation for st Lucia and can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic day in St lucia - We had a fantastic day! Brent was our driver and was very experienced and kind. He does not give much commentary but was happy to answer questions for us. He took photos of us at the stops and we were happy to not be on a big tour. We were able to stop at a coconut stand on the way up which was a highlight for our daughter. We rode with the windows open for better view (windows had DARK tint) which did get pretty hot at times. The springs/mud/waterfall was amazing and the 1.5 hr drive was beautiful!

Sulphur springs review - Brent did a great job, very informative we had very much fun with him. We navigated the island very well and pointed out many things we did not know. 10/10 recommend getting a tour with him.

Amazing day at the mud and waterfall - We loved the spring / mud / waterfall experience. Brent picked us up on time and was so cordial and took very good care of us. My mother, daughter and I felt very safe and well looked after. He was amazing! The experience was amazing! Everything was organized well and he made sure we made it back to the cruise on time. Awesome day!

Great day out - Would recommend this company. We booked prior to our holiday. On the day the driver didn't turn up, but we messaged FRAM and they found out that the driver had an accident. They hadn't known that either and thought we'd been picked up. They offered a refund straight away, or a later pick up. We went with the later pick up and they sent some goodies for us and also added more things into the tour. Mistakes happen - it's how you deal with them - and this was great. We had a great day, visiting the mud bath and waterfall and then stopping off at other places. There is a lot of driving, but sit back and enjoy the island and the experience.
