Singapore Yeah - Fantastic experience. So cool and enlightening. The greenery and waterfall were unbelievable. Definitely put this on your list of things to do in Singapore

Superb! - Fantastic day out. Both domes were welcomingly cooler inside. Flower dome dahlia display coming to an end so probably past its best, but nevertheless still very lovely. Cloud Forest was terrific.

Breathtaking! - Quick redemption ticket process and amazing experience. I would definitely recommend doing the combo to make it worth your while.

Nice views - A sight worth seeing. Easy walking distance from the Gardens by the Bay. Astonishingly hot at midday.

Awesome experience but do not buy ticket through Trip Advisor - The Gardens by the Bay experience was great and beautiful. We were able to see the avatar exhibit which was amazing. However, DO NOT buy tickets through trip advisor. it was extremely hard to redeem and not efficient.

Beautiful! - This was just a beautiful botanical park. You can easily spend the entire day here. Highly recommend getting the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest add-ons. The Avatar experience adds to the Cloud Forests' appeal. Money well spent, especially if you love botanicals!

Beautiful - Very beautiful display and cool inside. You could spend a fair amount of time discovering the area and taking pictures. The views were beautiful, the experience was great and I waited till night to see the display. The burst of colours was impressive, I quite liked it.

The exhibit are beautiful, but don’t go to indoor cafe! - The exhibit was amazing after passing to go in and walking round found a cafe in the flower dome tucked away in a corner, a little expensive but it wasn’t a problem, I ordered a coffee and a Diet Coke, they poured the 1/2 coke into a glass with ice and put the rest of the can at the back of some bottles? When I asked for it the look I got was not very nice then the woman told the man off behind the counter to keep it out of site can’t wait to see it they have charged me $16 for a can we paid $1.95 for earlier!

Flower Dome is skilfully laid out - Flower Done was beautifully laid out with most attractive selections of exhibits. Had been worth booking ahead online as ticketing queues were long. But insufficient seating overall

Do not do business with City Tours in Singapore. - Do not do business with this tour company. Before our trip, I paid City Tours for tickets to Cloud Forest & Flower Dome. In return, City Tours emailed a voucher which read, “ Please present this Viator voucher at the redemption point to receive your entry ticket.”. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the ticket office at 9:00 a.m. when the venue opened (to beat the crowds since it was the weekend) the ticket agent said she couldn’t accept the voucher because it was missing a QR code. So I had to purchase a new set of tickets directly from the Gardens by the Bay ticket office in order to get in. I obviously was furious with City Tours for not sending a usable voucher. Once inside the Flower Dome- I decided to contact Viator to ask for my money back. After this complaint- and after I spent money on a second set of tickets- did City Tours send me a voucher with a QR code. But by this time it was too late. I have asked for a refund from Viator- but Viator said that they needed to get the refund from City Tours. It has been over four days and I still have not seen a refund. If there is a way to report City Tours to Singapore officials, I will.
