- Santa Maria - SANTA MARIA SALT MINES: A complex of salt evaporation ponds. Salinas view from the top, a volcano crater with salt mines viewed from the top.
- Serra Negra - A sightseeing spot with view on the coast and Serra Negra mountain.
- Cape Verde - EAST COAST: Off-road part of the trip. We will travel back in time to discover the origins of the archipelago. That also will be a tour through colours of the island through the landscapes that will make you feel the taste of other islands such as Maio and S.Vicente.

- Pedra Lume - A nineteenth-century village and harbour that developed thanks to salt exploration. We will also admire the Salt Mines from the top.

- Terra Boa - The greenest area on the island and a place where you can see the “Mirage” - an optic illusion
- Buracona - Blue Eye Cave - A volcano lava bay with a cave with an amazing reflection reminiscent of the Blue Eye.
- Cape Verde - Natural swimming pools close to Buracona. Swimming in lava rock natural pools with crystal clear water, far away from a crowd is our secret gem!
- Palmeira - A picturesque fisherman village with the island’s main seaport and fishing centre
- Murdeira - Murdeira. In this spot we can discover the power and creativity of nature - rock formations formed by water. It is also a perfect spot to admire Monte Leão.

Get ready for an exciting photo tour of Sal’s top sights and hidden treasures in a pink pick-up truck with Franek Foto Tour. We’ll explore Sal Island’s famous places like Kite Beach, Buracona, Murdeira, and Salinas, both near Santa Maria and Pedra de Lume, the latter seen from an entirely unique perspective.
Beyond the conventional hotspots, I aim to reveal the island’s lesser-known yet incredibly beautiful locations. Part of our journey takes us off-road to areas accessible only by 4x4 or quad bikes. Our journey will also serve as a time machine, with visits to sites that hint at what Sal was once like, as well as an introduction to local medicinal plants. Should the sea’s condition allow, we’ll indulge in natural swimming pools.
Every tour I lead is unique and customised to my guests’ preferences, with flexible stops at each location based on your desires. So leave your timepiece behind at the hotel, but remember to bring your swimming gear, sun lotion, and camera!

The perfect guide, grab it! - A great day thanks to Francisco! we loved the proposed itinerary, we went out on trails, sublime viewpoints, botanical and animal stops, the time that Francisco carefully allocated. His knowledge, his anecdotes are a very precious share. All this you don't find with guides who don't take the time to share their love for the island. thank you again, Christelle and David

100% recommendable. You will not regret - It is worth it because you see the same or more than on other tours since it takes you along paths where a bus does not pass and it also has the extra of the photographic report that you take with you. They are not standard photos but different and very original. Frank is very fun and the excursion is short even though it lasts about 8 hours. Highly recommended. Forget about international tour operators and leave your money to local entrepreneurs

Best trip out in years in the PinkPanther mobile - Fantastic day out. If you want to get away from the crowds and do something a little bit more creative, this is the tour for you!
We did visit the ‘must do’ spots such as the walking with baby sharks and the BlueEye, but we also went further afield and saw some rarely seen sights. Plus the chance to play with some photo props whilst learning about the history of this island and its people.
I’ve taken a lot of tours but this was the BEST ever

A perfect experience - It was an incredibly nice day with lots of fun, creative photos, and information about the island from a local guide who did a great job. Super friendly and helpful and we had really nice conversations.
We've seen most of the touristic spots and much more.
And we really had no stress at all, because of the small group we could decide at each site how long we want to stay.

A Bespoke Tour, that Far Exceeded our Expectations - My friends and I booked the private full Day Island tour, we enjoyed an amazing day with this Tour company. I’ve had surgery on my left foot, I was concerned about not being given enough time to fully immerse myself in the culture, adventures and stories of Cape Verde island. My concerns were allayed from the outset, Franek was knowledgeable, fun, passionate, creative and his patience was greatly welcomed and appreciated. Get off the beaten track - My friend and I had a fantastic time with this tour company. Came across him by accident when we spotted his bright pink pick up on the street of Espargos. Francisco was a very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable guide. He took us all over the island, often going off road and explained the history. I would highly recommend him.

The excursion of my life! - Excursion with Franek in a nutshell? Passion and creativity. We went all around the island, partly on the off road where we were the only car! Fun, professional, full of stories about Cape Verde and its culture. And on top of it all - funny pictures!
We also went trekking - this guy know all the stones on the island!
So if you like something different, yet with the highest quality - choose the island tour (and trekking) with Franek.
