Fun and relaxing tour - The tour guide Russell was fantastic and met our needs. The rafting guides made the experience fun and relaxing.

Rafting and shopping experience ( and more ) - Great experience from start to finish. Carl, our driver for the trip to and from the rafting was brilliant. He filled us in with local info during our trip and provided excellent customer service. We asked if we could add a visit to a local restaurant after the rafting. Carl sorted this and so we were able to enjoy a late lunch at Mongoose in Ochio Rios. Fantastic food with vegetarian options ( which Carl checked out before we went). Would highly recommend this restaurant too. The rafting was very relaxing. Xavier was our guide with this gentle trip down to the sea on a raft. He also offers a massage, with limestone, to add to the experience. Would suggest wearing water shoes or the like as if you get off the raft at the beach it is pebbly and stony. The excursion stops at a well stocked gift shop in Ochio Rios on the way to rafting. However, you can also buy a couple of items from a small shop where the rafting is and some small stalls set up on the pebble beach by locals. FYI - our driver Carl is a licensed taxi driver. We were so impressed by him we cancelled the transfer we had booked to take us to Kingston for our flight home. Found him very professional and reliable!

Jamspot Ja made my 21st anniversary extra special!! - I spent my 21st anniversary with Jamspot!! Carl arrived in a clean vehicle decorated with balloons and he also presented us with a bottle of champagne for our anniversary. When we arrived to the location, Raquel welcomed us and provided info on how our tour would go. She was pleasant and answered all the questions we had. Raquel then introduced us to our Captain, Xavier, who was the best! His bamboo raft was decorated for our anniversary! Xavier was attentive, he navigated the river with ease and even let us use his phone to play music during the ride. Carl patiently waited for us and safely got us back to where we were staying. They made my day extra special and if I ever come back, I'm reaching out Jamspot Ja!

Lifetime of Memories - Racquel was the best tour operator. So kind, genuine and friendly. She picked us up right on time with a big smile and told us the plans for the day. Our 1 hour drive was filled with conversation and local knowledge and laughter. First stop was a gift shop where we picked up a few things. Our next stop was the bamboo rafting where she had us lined up with Xavier. He was just as welcoming, kind, friendly and laid back as Racquel. We were in for a treat. The bamboo ride was simply amazing and you are truly in the heart of Jamaica. Xavier filled us full of the vast history of the river (which is mind boggling). My wife got the limestone massage, she said it was amazing. Along the way Xavier pointed out all the wildlife and explained them to us. One surprise was he carried all the way to the ocean to a beautiful beach where many battles of the Spanish war were fault. There were some locals on the beach selling fruit and hand made things and we talked and hung out with them for a while which was an experience all it's on. The raft ride back Xavier gave us the opportunity to dive in the river and swim which was also amazing. All I can say is book this tour with Racquel!!! It will exceed all your expectations. Many thinks to Racquel and Xavier, two beautiful souls

Awesome and worth it!! - Racquel was on time. Very lovely and friendly. She played us some island music as well as acrobats ( my sis and I are from Africa ) Best tour guide.

Highly recommend! We had an amazing time - I had such an amazing time on my trip! Racquel, our tour guide was extremely helpful and really went out of her way to make it a good experience for me and my sister. She was on time for pick up and she had free WiFi. The bamboo raft operator, Xavier was also great. He made sure we got some great shots for our social media and he gave a great limestone massage. The people at the shops were really nice. We had a great experience all around.

The Best tour and tour guide ever. - Carl was our driver to the rafting point and Xaiver was our rafting captain. This was the most relaxing experience and Xaiver was a very entertaining and very informative. I would recommend this rafting to anyone who is interested in relaxing, love this. Carl our driver was awesome he is smart and very friendly; I also recommend this shopping tour. Thank you, Carl, and thank you Xavier. You guys are awesome.
