Description of tour could be clearer - Firstly. The gentleman who walked us round the sites was lovely. Very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. But this cannot be marketed as a food tasting and boat tour The food tasting consisted of a small paper plate with 2x 1" bits of cheese and 2 X small bits of meat . Very poor, we then we're walked to the boat ,on the boat for 30 minutes then off the boat which was never to be seen again. We had also booked the round trip boat tour. Alessandra who was lovely noted we had done this and arranged a refund of this for us . As I say the tour guide and allesabdra who met us were lovely . Just needs to be marketed more accurate

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - By doing the damn tour when promised! This isn't just a terrible review of Rome Boats but of Viator and Tripadvisor. We took a taxi clear across Rome, waited over an hour past the promised tour start time and nothing from Viator or Tripadvisor or Rome Boats, Crickets!! Then, later that afternoon, an email from Viator did finally appear to announce the tour was cancelled. THANKS FOR NOTHING!! It will be a cold day in H*** before we use any of these three companies again!!!
