  • Musei Capitolini - It is the oldest public museum of all of Europe, created at the end of the XV century by Pope Sistus IV, the creator of the Sistine chapel. Here we will admire the incredible collection of Roman antiquities, with some exceptions like Bernini’s Baroque statues, exposed in an incredible palace decorated with famous frescoes. A journey in the ancient times, to understand and indagate many aspects of the ancient Roman life.
  • Piazza del Campidoglio - The square is an interesting work of urban reorganization designed by Michelangelo. Stands out in the middle of the square, the copy of the Statue of Marcus Aurelius (the original is inside the Museum). Amazing Roman experience— a guided tour NOT TO BE MISSED - Rome Guides ( Martina) gave our family ( 6 of us) A SPECTACULAR tour of the Coliseum, the Roman Forum, the Vatican Museum and Basilica, the Capitoline Museum and the Borghese Museum in five incredible days — engaging our grandchildren and satisfying my insatiable curiosity about Roman History — we cannot recommend her highly enough— we have traveled the world and never encountered a better guide

The best tour I have ever had! - I am not one to gush but this was, without a doubt, the the most enjoyable tour I have ever had. This was primarily because our guide, Martina, was very knowledgeable and very engaging. She welcomed my questions and her answers were satisfying. Our tour (3 hrs) never dragged. Our group was small enough (3) that we could speak directly to each other... without headphones. Her English was clear and perfect. Her short discourse on the Roman view of the afterlife included interesting references to pop culture. Similarly her backstory on a very fine and rare bust of emperor Comodus, was very interesting and instructive. The role and life of the Vestigal Virgins was fascinating. Her explanation of design of the Forum now makes sense to me. I could go on. In short, it was a privilege to have had Martina as our guide.

Beautiful experience as always with Rome Guides - I visited the Fidia exhibition - Beyond the myth with the guidance of Martina, who was able to make a not very large exhibition truly interesting, telling every detail hidden in the works present and entertaining with curiosities and anecdotes.

Nevermore without!! - The museum already contains marvels of the tradition of Rome, ancient works that will take your breath away... but knowing them through Vincenzo's narration gives them an inestimable added value! Engaging, charismatic and well-prepared, he takes you to discover places and traditions not only of works of art but also of all of Rome! If you go to Rome and want to experience it to the full..... treat yourself to a visit with him... you won't be able to do without it!

Excellent visit experience - In museums you usually wander around, look at everything and remember little, unless you are a researcher. This time, however, I had an experience that led me to relive the traditions, the stories of the preserved artefacts with an involvement I had never experienced. A guide who combines enormous competence with a great capacity for involvement. Highly recommended.

Capitoline Museums and Villa Borghese with an exceptional guide - I focus my review on the guide, rather than on the things seen. In fact, Vincenzo was the added value to masterpieces (with him we also visited Villa Borghese) which speak for themselves, but which thanks to his performance take on new life. Vincenzo knows how to capture attention and keep it alive for two hours through a fluid, captivating narrative, full of anecdotes as well as historical-artistic references, supported by actorly gestures and mimicry that facilitate attention and make it alive and involved Thank you!

Private Capitoline Museum tour - If I could give this tour 15 stars I would. Victoria was splendid--she made our tour of the Capitoline Museum come to life this morning. My spouse and I were the only two on the tour. We had some specific requests in terms of the pieces we wanted to see, and Victoria was more than happy. to focus her tour on those requests. I would absolutely pick this tour and Victoria to lead it the next time we're in Rome. Well done!

Perfect tour of Capitoline museum - Our guide, Vincenzo Inglese was an exceptional tour guide. He actively engaged us to stay focused. He is also very enthusiastic about explaining history of Rome. I can highly recommend this personal tour. This tour was what we needed after being cramped like sardines in Vatican. All i can say is that tour was excellent (Eccezionale) !!
