Roberto was an amazing guide with loads of knowledge and great photo ideas!!! - Roberto (guide) and Juan (driver, also know as Juanito ;) were incredible company on a long day! Roberto was a park ranger at Torres del Paine and had climbed and hiked the area - so he had very unique and in depth knowledge of the park and area. He and Juan were so much fun, incredibly entertaining, knowledgeable and very welcoming. An additional note: Roberto has WONDERFUL photo ideas and our entire group was having a blast with them! I saw some of our group the next day and saw them continuing to do the same photo tricks. I really can’t rate this tour high enough, or praise Roberto and Juan enough - they made a wonderful trip that much more special, and I am so grateful!

Essential! - Absolutely recommended. You cannot be in Puerto Natales and not do this excursion. You travel 300 km visiting places of great beauty, seeing the park from many different angles.

Great Tour, Great People! - Since I was in Punta Arenas only for a short while this was a great opportunity, to see the Nationalpark! The driver and the guide (Eduardo) were very lovely and Eduardo had a lot of very interesting information on flora and Fauna, but also on historical and political topics. His english was excellent! It was a real plasure to talk to them and spend the day with them! Next time however, I would book a few nights in Puerto Natales and explore the park by renting a car and doing some full-day-hikes.

Great way to unite with nature - Great tour, a long drive but it's worth it to unite with the nature. We had a small group, and this was special

Perfect - Beautifull Landscape, very good explanation and company by the staff. Also the Support was valuable when we had difficulties accessing the page of Conaf for the required tickets

Full Day Torres del Paine - They do a good job showing you the highlights of the park but there are so many great spots there that doing it on your own at your own pace would be a better option. Of course, the 4+ hours of driving from and back to Punta Arenas is a drag but the alternative of staying in Puerta Natales is not so nice as the town is a pit. Bring food and drink with you for the entire day as the food stops inside the park are few and far between and the prices are steep. Also, if you rely on your phone for time and alarm functions bear in mind that Punta Arenas is located right on the border of the time zone and the clock on your phone may or may not be updated, or better yet it may be switched back and forth between time zones arbitrarily. So it's better to order a wakeup call. We didn't, so we got up one hour earlier.

Gorgeous National Park - spotty service - Torres del Paine is obviously an incredible place to visit. It was great to see. Gorgeous places to stop. The torres, cueva de milodon, grey lake and the salt lake were all amazing. The driver was a bit erratic and speedy. The guide was nice but the information was not consistently great. They wanted us to be on time but they were generally late at the pick ups and stops.

I expected something else because of all the equipment they asked to bring. - Maybe the type of tour was wrong, I expected to do trekking or hiking through some places but it was all on a wagon with stops at the viewpoints so it was just getting on and off the wagon and taking photos, also with the bad fortune that our visit ended. was interrupted by a Rally that was taking place and prevented us from visiting one of the important parts of the park, which is the Milodón cave, the agency was not aware of it and despite having paid to enter, we were not allowed to pass and we missed the visit, On the way back, the guide was not very empathetic because he did not want to stop to buy a soft drink or candy for the return trip, which was 3 and a half hours.
