Excellent experience - Munik from smart tour was super attentive from the beginning of the contract, even before we finalized the packages. The fact that she is Brazilian gave me security. She met with us on the first day, gave us all the support we needed and, on the last day, at the last minute, she managed to help us with getting to the airport. All tours were very well organized in terms of itinerary and schedules. I recommend!

Great!. With to have just one more activity in the way back, maybe a different tasting wine to avoid mentally Santiago - All about the man who was the guide in this trip, so fun, well educated, great English with a charm accent, We drove to tasting wine vineyard, we had a great time and pictures, then the Inca Lake, a breathtaking, then we visit some llamas friends wich was something something, then th traffic back to Santiago hotels, Parquearaco mall, food plaza and restorantes.

Portillo with Smart Tour - Magnificent tour, every tour I took with Smart was exceptional. Portillo was recommended by the agency itself and I simply loved it. They took great care to offer vegetarian food options at Picnic. I was very well taken care of from the beginning, and I received all the help I needed when visiting Chile for the first time. I recommend Smart Tour, and I want to return next time!!!

Bad experience. What was cheap was expensive. - I do not recommend this agency. We took two tours in July 2023, one to Farellones and one to Portillo. The bad impression started when we went to the agency to pick up our welcome kits. The agency was messy, the kits weren't ready and there were several items missing. They said they would deliver the missing items to where we were staying. And guess what??? They didn't deliver anything. Regarding the tour to Farellones, we can only highlight as a positive point the guide Munik and the driver who were excellent. The Van was very uncomfortable, cramped and crowded. Horrible indeed. On Portillo's tour things were even worse. The guide was a freelancer (not from the agency) and the driver had never done the route! We stopped at a terrible place to rent snow gear. The service was terrible, the clothes were disgusting and on top of that they didn't have glasses for everyone. And to top it all off, amazingly: the guide asked everyone on the tour for a tip!!! I had never seen this before. This agency is regrettable.
