An incredible fun time! - This was an amazing tour, mainly because of Rayhsn Raj Naidu, my tour guide. He was knowledgeable and fun to talk with. His tour of Royal Selangor in particular was really interesting to me - and that was on par with bring surprised by the presence of macaques at Batu Caves!

A Great Day at Batu Caves and More... - We had a great day with our driver Raja. As there were only the two of us and the driver the trip was informal, extremely informative and very enjoyable. I would highly recommend using Viator, especially if you are only in Kuala Lumpur on a stopover as time is tight when it comes to seeing what the area has to offer, but it's great value for any visitor as it includes transport, a meal and a way of learning a little bit about the places and the people.

KL Day Tour with Rajan - Excellent tour. Easily picked up by our tour guide Rajan. Immediately Rajan was a fountain of knowledge. Throughout the tour he kept us informed of all around us and many other interesting things. All aspects of the tour were excellent. Especially the hot springs! Lunch was included and was a selection of Asian cuisines. If you’re getting this tour make sure to ask for Rajan!

Batu Caves trip - Brilliant. Super value for money. Rajan was great and really knowledgeable and was a great guide. The lunch was really nice and was a great experience eating like locals with your fingers off a Banyan leaf. Can't recommend enough.

Magical sights - This is a great trip. Batu caves are amazing but be warned walking up the stairs is not for those with lesser levels of fitness. The Pewter stop is very educational and the merchandise for sale is stunning. Lunch was great. The hot springs once more is for a reasonable level of fitness as besides steps there are areas where one scrambles over slippery rocks. Having said that… it’s just beautiful. Our guide was fantastic and we would totally recommend this tour.

Great Experience - My guide, Ruenben, was excellent. He picked me up on time at my hotel. It was a very hot day, so I didn't want to spend too much time outdoors. The tour of the Selangor factory was nice, but the textile tour could have been omitted. The Batu Caves, Waterfalls, and Hot Springs provided great experiences while driving through the city and outlying areas. I was pleased to have this private tour as the timing was all on me. We stayed as short or as long as I preferred. Lunch was right up my alley, a ramen chicken bowl. On a scale of 1-10, I will give it an 8. I wasn't asked about the spice level and it seemed to be at a 2 when my preference would have been a 6.

Not worth the price - The guide just took us to the minibus and didn't really guide us, just told us to come back here an hour after we arrived. I wish they would have gone around with us a bit more like they do with other activities and explained the background and other things, and we couldn't choose from the many menus for lunch, so we just ate what was served and wasted a lot of time. I thought we would learn more about Malaysia, such as an explanation of the local food and how to order it, but that wasn't the case. The pewter and batik lessons could have been completed in 15 minutes, but they took an hour each, which was not worth the price. It was disappointing that we paid a reasonable price for the experience, but it was the same as going by ourselves with Grab.
