Would recommend to everyone - Louisa was wonderful, warm and welcoming. She made us very comfortable in her home and was a pleasure to have a meal with. She answered all of our questions and share much information about Pistoia

A special dinner - Sonia welcomed us in her beautiful home and cooked a wonderful meal with local ingredients. Everything was fresh, homemade and tasty. She included us in the cooking which was so much fun. Our conversation and time spent is something we will always cherish. Highly recommended!

A highlight of our 10 days in Italy - We hade the most unique experience with Luisa. She welcomed us into her beautiful home and we made dinner together as a family. Learning about both the food it also the history and traditions associated with an Italian home cooked meal. The food and the experience is the highlight of our 10 day trip, so far. We highly recommend this as an addition to anyone’s travel itinerary. Truly a 5 star experience. 🥰

Luisa is the best! - Luisa was a total joy and taught us so much about the Italian culinary experience!
She is very friendly and accommodating with our culinary requirements of no dairy or egg.
I recommend her to all travelers interested in visiting Bologna or any nearby area.

Fun Evening - We had a lot of fun with Luisa! She selected three recipes that were easy to make, but provided all of us a chance to get involved in the cooking. When we ate, those dishes were supplemented with salami, bread, wine, and infused grappas. Her home is lovely with a lot of artwork on the walls. Luisa does speak English, but also had an interpreter there for anything tricky. We all agreed this was a highlight of our trip and we would do it again!
