The class was very informative. In addition to some fantastic recipes I learned a lot of food preparation pointers. Chef Darin was engaging, very likable and clearly knows his stuff! I'm a local and intend to see him again soon.

My wife and 3 friends went to Chef Derrin's class as a birthday present from me. The 4th all had a great time at the class, preparing several Northern Italian dishes. The class was supervised by Chef Derrin himself an9the girls enjoyed it immensely. They all came back home wanting to share everything they learned from the class.
