Mike Matt, our guide was so informative, full of anecdotes, and historical perspective. He learned the names of the 7-8 families in our group and kept track of us. He laid down on the concrete to take pictures for people of the Statue of Liberty --in frigid weather. My 14 year old grandson who is a native speaker of Japanese from Tokyo, but knows some English, could follow his humor. He was the best tour guide I have ever had and I have had guides on European tours, Gettysburg, Charleston, and elsewhere. He was a winner! 5/5 was his score. He was very happy with the guide and the actual tour but queueing up to go through security for an hour and a half with young children in the freezing cold herded like cattle from one door which I think is disgusting but that is not your fault that is the US government for you

The walking tour guide was very nice and knowledgable. However, the instructions on where and who to meet to p-u tickets was a bit confusing.
