Frank was wonderful! Informative, casual, and with just enough humor, we got the most out of our Garden District Tour!
Nice tour. Our guide, Randy, was very informative and entertaining. We learned several things and enjoyed the beautiful houses.
Very informative! Our guide was great!
Our guide is well versed in the history of the garden district and his voice carried very well so even with a moderately large crowd we could hear him. It is a beautiful tour and this is the second time I have done it with out of town guests and I was pleasantly surprised to too a few new sights and hear a few new facts!
Most enjoyable 2 hours.
oUR TOUR GUIDE WAS EXCELLENT AND VERY KNOWLEGABLE.
We made last minute reservations and you were very accomodating. Lita was our tourguide and was very friendly and knowledgable. She asked the group frequently if we had any questions and was very warm and welcoming. ‘love her jokes and humor as well. We will definetely be back in the future and recommend this tour to everyone!
Very informative tour. Richard was a great guide.
Great guide David Thomas, kept us moving, shared interesting information but wasn't too much, never got boring, I was never disinterested.
Guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and New Orleans as a whole. Really enjoyed the tour.
Nita was amazing! Tour was very interesting and informative but most of all, it was fun!
We were very satisfied with the Garden District tour but felt the cocktail tour was just so-so. The Garden District tour was extremely informative and the guide was excellent. He mixed information about historic New Orleans with information about well known current residents. The highlight of the cocktail tour was the opportunity to see the various rooms in Antones. The jokes were pretty corny and although the tour was long, we didn't feel it was very good value.
Jane was a very informed and amusing guide.
We really enjoyed our walking tour of the Garden District even with the rain. Our tour guide was great and gave us a great historical view of the Garden District and all of New Orleans. Thanks and don't forget our umbrella.
Excellent guide, knowledgeable and fun.
We really enjoyed the tour with Dave. I wasn't sure if walking around for 2 hours was going to be too long but his interesting facts, stories and explanations kept our interest the entire time and the two hours flew by. Would have loved to be able to go inside one of the beautiful houses we saw. I would highly recommend this tour for teens and adults.
The tour Guide was knowledgeable and captivating.
What a wonderful introduction to New Orleans! Our first trip here and our first outing. Dave Roberts was an excellent tour guide, storyteller and historical resource. Learned so much we did not know about Lafayette Cemetery and so many storied houses in the Garden District. Walking pace was just right. Highest recommendation.
Our Guide Dave was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and funny. Great tour
Dave was an encyclopedia of information.
The tour was thorough, informative and entertaining. I would do something just like it again.
We LOVED Nita! The tour was fantastic - just enough and not too much. And Nita's guidance was wonderful!
Tour guide was fantastic and a joy to walk with
Besides the price and value being fantastic, Anita, our local tour guide who also happens to moonlight as a jazz drummer, was packed full of wit and insight. You can tell she loves this city while also being completely honest about it. Her info wasn't a fairy tale, it was an accurate, homegrown view of a city that has its own magical qualities. Her academic knowledge pertaining to architecture was A++. Do the tour and then walk around after will all the info you've been emboldened with. If able to, spend more time in Lafayette Cemetery after because that graveyard is FASCINATING.
Leonce was a gem. He kept us entertained with facts and fun trivia. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting the area.
Tour guide was excellent -- informative, engaging, entertaining.
'cause 'nita' 'da 'cats 'meow
Nice tour but we were not aware cemetery would be closed. Knowledgeable guide.
Our tour guide was extremely informative and knowledgeable regarding the area. She was also very easy to hear and understand. Thoroughly enjoyed our tour and would highly recommend to anyone visiting beatiful NOLA ⚜️
The tour was fantastic!! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided interesting stories and information. He was also very helpful with any questions the group had. He was also very accomodating with me when the streetcar was late picking me up and allowed me to find the group once I arrived. I would definitely recommend this tour to anybody!
Very knowledgeable guide who was personable and provided good context. We had a small group ( 5 people) and I was happy that they did not cancel due to a small group as other groups do.
The guide, Nita, was extremely informative and friendly with a great sense of humor.
Got a tour of the district that gave me a good start to exploring the neighborhood. Lots of interesting tidbits about history. Kudos to our guide in that it was a bitter cold day and he kept us moving.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and provided a good mix of historical and architectural information and pop culture references. The pacing was good.
Knowledgeable and courteous!
Great tour and tour guide!
