What You Will Do

  • Visit Suisun Valley's local olive oil company and farm on a guided tour with a knowledgeable host
  • Explore the groves where the olives are grown, visit the state-of-the art Italian mill to uncover how extra virgin olive oil is produced, and learn the significance of the term "extra virgin"
  • Taste internationally-awarded extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar reductions: Expand your palate with oils paired with seasonal tasting plates
  • Take advantage of the retail shop to purchase locally made products to take home
  • Stay for a mid-day break with charcuterie and wine on the patio, or enjoy a cup of olive oil gelato
  • Wander the culinary gardens and meet The Girls, who don't bite, only cluck and lay eggs

What's Included

  • One-hour guided tour of the culinary gardens, visitors center, groves, and Italian mill
  • Flight tasting of extra virgin and co-milled olive oils, and balsamic vinegar reductions grown and produced on site

  • Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather. You are strongly encouraged to not use heavy perfumes or lotions, as it can affect the sensory tasting of the oils. Please no outside food or beverage but charcuterie platters are available for purchase. Please advise tour provider of any dietary restrictions, food allergies and/or accommodations for your group. Children under 5 are complimentary.

The tour was informative and it would’ve been even better if we could see the whole milling process in action.

Jessica did a great job. Owner Ann was also available to answer questions. Ron too joined our tour and provide more insight into the milling and producing of olive oil. Really enjoyed the chickens and roster along with seeing the baby chicks. Overall a GREAT experience.
