Highlights

Maasai Mara National Reserve - Set off the safari from your hotel/residence in Nairobi at 7:30 am heading down to the great rift valley (quick stop here for a nice view of the escarpment). Another stop will be at Narok town where you can grab any personal valuables you might need are refueling of the vehicle. You will make it to Masai Mara in good time to have lunch at the camp while you relax from the lengthy drive. Following lunch you can indulge in the various activities available at the camp; including guided nature walk, Masai Village visit or a 2-hour game drive in the park to see all the Big Five Rhino, Lion, Leopard, Buffalo and Elephant live in this wonderful game reserve.

NB: Due to limited time for a game drive on this day, it can be bypassed and extended on the last day to make it 4 - 5 hrs depending on your next destination

Maasai Mara game reserve

Maasai Mara National Reserve - Have breakfast, and then spend the entire day exploring the jewel of Kenya. Get to view the famous wonder of the world that takes place between July and September, as you watch over 450 species of wildlife in their natural setting. Picnic lunch is served at the park as you interact with the monkeys. Dinner and Overnight at Enchoro wildlife camp.

Maasai Mara-Lake Nakuru National park

Lake Nakuru - After breakfast leave the camp and depart for lake Nakuru National park. Lunch is served en-route. Lake Nakuru gives you a chance of viewing hundreds of species of birds inclusive of the lesser and greater flamingos and the pelicans. It’s also a rhino sanctuary, and water Bucks, Impala, Buffalo and Gazelle are found in the surrounding gardens. Dinner and overnight at a Nakuru hotel.

Lake Nakuru-Amboseli National park

Amboseli National Park - After breakfast, proceed for an extensive morning game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park to see the many animals that inhabit this unique park. Lake Nakuru is known for its millions of flamingos and other water birds. Leave lake Nakuru National Park to proceed to Amboseli National Park with welcome views from Mount Kilimanjaro. Lunch is served en-route. Dinner and overnight at a camp in Amboseli.

Amboseli National park

Amboseli National Park - After breakfast, full day spent in Amboseli National Park. The majesty of this mountain makes Amboseli an ideal photographers haven which offers a spectacular background for wildlife and scenic photography. An optional tour to Masai village to experience their traditional way of life and dances, Meals and night at the camp.

Amboseli National park-Nairobi City

Amboseli National Park - After breakfast leave camp for the last game drive in the park as you leave the Amboseli National park for Nairobi with Picnic lunch served en-route arriving in Nairobi late afternoon with sweet memories.

Perfect trip with Joseph - We went on a 6-day safari with our guide, Joseph, and had an excellent week. Everything went perfectly. Joseph is great, attentive, available and respectful. He was like our « Kenyan dad ». We highly recommend him.

Great experience in Masai Mara - Very good experience lived during this week. First 3 nights and 4 days safari in Masai Mara. The best part of the experience. Enchoro life Camp very comfortable and nice with very good service. Our guide George was very professional, kindly, organized and with a lot knowledge. After that, Hells's Gate in Naivasha and Mount Longonot. Excercise during holidays!

Great experience in Masai Mara - We did a six days five nights safari with George. We were four days with him in Masai Mara in enchoro tented camp. It was amazing! We saw lots of animals. George is a profesional, punctual and friendly guide. We also did hells Gate and mount longonot which were good for stretching a bit

Good experience in 6 day Safari tour- Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli - Had good experience with Bryan for planning the tour, where he patiently provided different itineraries and stay options. Our guide Tom was great as well, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and helping to spot lots of animals. Opted for a safari van as advised by them and were able to cover the three parks at a reasonable cost. Would surely recommend

Africa home adventure Safari - It was an amazing experience since the begining. albert the manager didn’t have a problem of us paying on the arrival because the money transfer was very expensive and he waited for us in the airport for hours because the plane was light and the baggage also. They took us to our hotel and the next morning Thomas, our driver, and Samso our guide picked up without any problem. We had an amazing experience visiting the parks and animals, Thomas was really nice and always trying to make us see the best parts of the parks and animals. Samso would explain to us everything and they were very polite and thoughtful. It was an amazing experience which I recommend 100%. Thank you for everything Thomas and Samso, without you it wouldn’t having been the same.

Wonderful 6 days Safari with AHA! - I went for a 6 day safari with AHA to Masaai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Amboseli this November. Despite the occasional rains, it was a remarkable experience and that is mainly due to my wonderful guide George. George is a Pandora's box of knowledge about animals and Kenya and he has been as engaged with me on the last day as he was when he picked me up at the airport. He made sure that I saw all the animals that Kenya had to offer - often travelling long distances to show me a lion or a baby elephant. He pointed out different species of deer and mongoose that I would have missed, taught me numerous facts about animal behaviours, and so on (he kept me on the tie with occasional quizzes on animals!). I was travelling solo, and little did I imagine that I would end up with a wonderful friend and a very own Nat Geo expert! While George has been the bright start during my trip, the overall experience was really up to the mark as well. The accomodations at Masaai Mara and Lake Nakuru were really good. The staff were really friendly (they were kind enough to return me a monopod that I had left in the tent). The Enchoro wildlife camp in Amboseli is a bit lacking in infrastructure (not worth the money you pay). The rooms were crumbling, the toilets were not very sturdy. While okay for a solo Traveller like me, it may not be the best option for a family. Nonetheless all the staff were very good and the food (esp breakfast and dinner) were extremely nice and homely. Last but not the least, Mr.Abednegoh in the AHA office was wonderful in responding to my emails during the initial stages of planning. Without him, I could not plan the trip while sitting jnt the US. I have bombarded him with emails, and he responded with utmost care and patience. I was lucky to see every animal that the forests had to offer - lions, leopards, cheetah, giraffes, elephants, wildebeests, buffaloes, rhino, etc etc as well as a wonderful view of Mt.Kilimanjaro. To sum it up, it was a dream come true and AHA (and George) were an integral part of it.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! - This review is long overdue.Having returned home for more than 8 months, I still find myself thinking about my wonderful African adventure organized by African home adventure safaris almost daily. From the moment I approached this tour company,I was impressed with the prompt responses to my questions by Mr Albert.Barack who was our guide was able to touch our lives and gave us memories that will last forever. He was superb and enabled us to see such wonderful wildlife up close and personal,but with great respect for the environment. We stayed at Enchoro wildlife camp which was excellent.If you want good services, value for money and a memorable experience then African home adventure safaris is highly recommended.

Masai Mara with Barack! - Our safari tour with Barack was amazing! Barack was very friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience! He was very knowledgeable about the animals and got us the best views!
