Loved it! - I booked this tour specifically because it was relatively inexpensive and I was most interested in kayaking the fjords at Reine and Hamnøy. It was a great experience and was so beautiful! First time paddler but they taught me everything I needed to know. Great experience and lovely guide.

Hot tub in winter - We booked the hot tub (6 pm) at Catogarden for 6 persons before our arrival in Norway. Very enjoyable experience to see the sun go down on Reine after a day of trekking !!! We even had the chance to see a few auroras. Showers available. Nice place and nice view from the tub. Very friendly staff.

Great kayak tour south of the Lofoten in Reine. - Nice and warm welcome. Very good introduction to the kayaking. The tour was really great. Veronica and Germain are professional tour guides. They were very helpful and made this tour unique. We enjoyed it very much.

I couldn't get in touch with thekayaking team - Very unpleasantly we didn't start our kayaking trip. We originally planned to book kayaking for 4 adults on September 19th, but because I stayed too long after selecting the date, the system refreshed and did not retain the date I originally selected. Instead, I selected that day (September). 17th) but I didn't notice and completed the payment. I discovered the error a few hours after I made the payment and tried to contact the kayaking team company. First, I left a message on the booking page. The message could only get an automatic reply from the system, and no staff has responded yet. At the same time, I also sent an email to the email address provided by the company in the booking information, but received a system prompt that the email address did not exist and therefore the email could not be sent normally. Also I did phone calls four times during the working hours, but no one answered the calls. The wrong date is due to my mistake and I am willing to bear the consequences. But I don’t understand why the team members cannot be contacted through the phone number, email address, and system chat page provided by the themselves. This makes me question the professionalism of your team. Hope to get your reply this time.
