Best Tour of the Vacation - This was a fantastic tour! Gennaro was the best tour guide. With my husband sick in bed while we were at port in Naples, it was great to have someone to show me interesting points of the city. He was fun and informative. It felt like hanging out with a friend. I would recommend him to anyone!

A must for a succesful visit to Naples - Excellent 3 hours tour with excellent guide, Manuela. She showed us the well known and - even more important - not so well known gems of this wonderful city. Manuela shared her in depth knowledge on the historical, architectural and artistic features of Naples in fluent English which was very helpful.

Fabulous tour of Napoli w Ylenia - Ylenia is a great and very knowledgeable guide. Her tour packed in hundreds of years of Napoli’s rich history in a few hours. Very nice food stops too. Highly recommended.

Walking tour of old Historic Napoli with Raffaele - Excellent walking experience through the old historic section. Raffaele entertained while educating us with local history, architecture and local folklore. Raffaele pointed out places of interest we may return to explore and offered suggestions on where to buy the best pizza. Who could ask for anything more.

Relaxed and knowledgeable in the back streets of Naples - We had a great guided tour through Napoli with Armando. He had a lot of knowledge about his city, but without giving his audience the feeling of a lecture, as some other guides tend to do. Instead he combined history, politics and society with the experience of real life in Napoli, having lived in the area his whole life. He took us to some really beautiful streets off the beaten track, some cool neighborhoods we would never have found unless he showed them to us, and even to his favorite cafe. The atmosphere was relaxed, and we touched upon interesting topics. The whole group was happy with the tour, even our enigmatic friends Steve and Cheng which is quite hard to please.

Highly recommended - Tour guide was knowledgeable, good sense of humor and gave us more than history but the complexities of Naples. Sorry sir that we don’t remember your name but we will remember our tour! We were in Naples for only 1 day and are glad we took this tour.

Delightful - Millie was fabulous. She was a delight and very knowledgable. The tour took me to places I would have never thought to visit in Naples. The street art was probably my favourite part. Just seeing Naples in a new way was fantastic. I would recommend this tour to anyone looking to seeing a different side to Naples.

Like Having a Friend Show You Their City - My tour with Ramona was exceptional. It was not a traditional, historically-centered tour, but more like having a friend walk you through their city and point out their favorite spots. That said, Ramona did sprinkle in knowledge about the city's history at various points in the tour. We stopped at several places for spritzes and snacks which my partner and I absolutely loved. We also got on the subway at one point which was a fantastic way to get an a better feel of day to day life for those living in Naples. I give this tour a 10 out of 10 because my partner and I felt like we got so much out of our time with Ramona. That said, if you are looking for a tour routed in history and archeology, this tour may not be for you. Thank you, Ramona for an unforgettable afternoon - your American sister! <3

Can I Please Give 10 Stars? - When you tour with a local guide, you have an opportunity to experience the location through a different lense. Our guide Mariarosaria was absolutely wonderful. A native of Naples, her passion for her city allowed us to experience it with a sense of awe and wonder that I think would have been absent had we not had her as our guide. Mariarosaria was more than a guide. She was like an ambassador of the city. She also took such good care of us, going the extra mile to help us purchase funicular tickets and making sure we had her number should we have questions at any time during our stay. Many thanks, Mariarosaria!

Welcome to Naples, the city of all surprises! - First of all, what you absolutely need to know: where are you going to stay? in fact some neighborhoods are more favored than others in terms of waste even if overall the city suffers from a lack of maintenance! In fact, in certain neighborhoods, trash cans can land on your head as well as cigarettes! Other neighborhoods are sometimes on the verge of insularity and insecurity The city remains very polluted because it suffers from urban pollution but also pollution linked to the incessant passage of planes which tirelessly fly over the city from morning until very late evening So asthmatics abstain Afterwards the Neapolitans are extremely kind and I sincerely pity them for living in a city which does not take care of them Indeed Many buildings and historic buildings are in very poor condition, not to mention the cobbled streets where you can fall at any time Bring very comfortable shoes, avoid sandals. Also watch out for two wheels! The cuisine is almost perfect in every way, hearty and affordable, served with great kindness and warmth. To visit: Pompeii at all costs because it is fantastic and the catacombs of San Gennaro and San Gaudioso On the other hand, the San Severo chapel is very beautiful but the price is prohibitive, really Besides, try to take a pass which gives you access to all the cultural points of the city Ischia very pretty island but plan to spend at least 2 nights there to appreciate it otherwise the ferry is too expensive for a day Sorrento is worth seeing but Amalfi and Positano are prettier Vesuvius is impressive In short, bring water and good shoes and watch out for pickpockets!
