Accompanied by your local guide, you will savor the flavors of Neapolitan ragù, a robust, slow-cooked tomato sauce, and cuoppo di mare, a unique assortment of deep-fried seafood. Afterwards, you’ll visit a grocery store to procure buffalo mozzarella. Delight in the local favorite street food, fritto misto (an assemblage of fried delicacies) and accompany it with locally curated wines and appetizers. Complete the festivities with delicious ricotta-filled sfogliatella or the intoxicating, rum-drenched baba, followed by a Neapolitan espresso.
