Good value - Great little trip around the gardens with an informative guide. $15.00 for 30 minutes. Gives you an idea of the layout of the gardens so you can go back and visit areas of interest later on.

Free Walking Tour at Royal Botanical Gardens - Our business opted to visit Royal Botanical Gardens as part of our Mental Health Walk initiative, It was a spectacular walk with the lovely Dorothy as our Tour guide. We discovered a lot more than meets the eye through the free tour walk and worth registering. The day was completed at the Terrace for a scrumptious lunch by the lake.

A nice short tour of the Royal Botanic Garden by golf-car like transport - It’s a nice tour by the small golf blue car, which can accommodate up to 7/8 persons I believe. It is an alternative to visit the garden for visitors who do not have much time to do a comprehensive walking around. The species ‘ variety is rich and it smells so green all over the route we passed

A good overview - Virginia has many stories to share and is very knowledgeable. Google directions for walking to the start point will lead you astray. Leave lots of time to get to the departure point from the CBD.

An Autumn Day in the Gardens - This was a great experience. Our guide had great knowledge and was very friendly and welcoming. We decided to try this to give my elderly in-laws a way to explore the gardens. They had such a good time we are thinking of taking them back in spring. My husband and I love to spend time in the gardens, we also benefited from the experience as we gained knowledge of the different areas, the plants and why they are laid out how they are.

A lovely way to explore the gardens! - The guide was lovely and accomodating, letting us hop off to view 'the Volcano'. The only thing that really annoyed me was the speel about acknowledging the Aboriginals etc.
