Loved it . Would have been very satisfied had I actually made it out of the room. Had 2 more puzzles to finish.
We had a great time and it was very challenging and unique. Our work team can't wait to come back!
Excellent employees and well designed room!
Hannah was really friendly and welcoming. This was our first escape room experience and she made us feel comfortable. The room itself was just a perfect challenge and we were able to work together to solve the puzzles. We especially liked that we could do the experience as a family and we weren’t forced to join strangers.
This was a great escape room. There were a wide variety of puzzles of varying difficulties. Everything led up to a single moment of collaborative gamepkay. Well done!
Very Helpful and Professional Staff. All 32 attendees in our large group had a wonderful experience.
Had a great time and really enjoyed each puzzle and the level of difficulty
The puzzle with the map was the only puzzle in the room at this moment in time, it's hard to work on it with the group of 6 people. Most of the people will be just waiting. I believe it'd be more fun if this this time consuming puzzle was split into two parallel shorter puzzles.
Our visit to the Puzzle workshop was to celebrate our son's 12th birthday. It was a party of 6 boys (4 of them 12years of age, my oldest son, who will turn 19 this coming Tuesday and my second son, who is 17 years old) and they all had a great time! they truly enjoyed the experience and they shared with us that it was lots of fun!. My only complaint (if you want want to call it that) is that prior to scheduling the event (which was Saturday), I had questions and needed to speak to someone, so I called a couple of times and both times I got people who didn't know anything about the escape rooms and they both took messages telling me someone would get back to me to answer my questions and that never happened. I never got a call back! My second issue is the price. I think it is a really fun thing for people to do, but $32 per person is a bit too much. Other than that, I was happy that all the boys had a great time.
We had such an amazing time in the escape room! We did the Secrets of the Illuminati and had all 7 people working on different clues and finding solutions. Every single person in our group had a blast and it made for a very special birthday. It was so well thought out and we escaped with 40 seconds left, leaving us all feeling like winners! Overall, great experience. We can't wait to go back and try a different themed room!
Group really enjoyed the experience. Puzzle could be made a bit more difficult for us though.
This was our first escape room. Everyone had a great time. I would have liked more of a cohesive narrative with the Illuminati theme, and the rooms felt very small/cramped, but we will definitely be back to try another Escape Room with Puzzle Workshop in the future. Thank you!
Had a lot of fun. Only thing was that our room wasn't fully set up properly to have a chance to escape the room but would love to do it again sometime
From the moment we walked in, from the hostess to the experience, we had a blast!
Super family fun.
The staff was excellent to work with and the escape room unforgettable!
This was our group's first escape room and we really enjoyed it. We felt challenged, but we also completed it so we were happy! I chose Puzzle Workshop because it wasn't a scary escape room, and we didn't have to play with strangers if we didn't have a larger group.
Challenging but doable! Great four 4 people.
Without hints puzzle were very challenging.
Extremely challenging and overall a great experience. Our party consisted of 2 adults and x5 12-14 year olds. Really a great ream building game with intensity that keeps you on your toes. The staff was really great at giving you just enough clues to challenge you. We got out with 1min and 30 seconds to spare. Overall...a great experience.
Kevin was helpful and clearly explained everything. There were a variety of things to do that appealed to all of us.
Staff and facility was great. The actual puzzle was missing a piece, and one of our boxes were already unlocked prior to being solved.
Overall, I think this is a good escape room and I would definitely recommend this. The puzzles are well-thought out. The puzzles are pretty difficult and I would say maybe too difficult for the average person. That is why I think this gets 4 stars, instead of 5.. This will involve one difficult puzzle with 1 or 2 easy puzzles at any one point in the game to proceed. This causes people to stand around while one sub-group is trying to figure out the difficult puzzle. It is difficult to then update the people that have solved the easy puzzles to get them up to speed on the difficult puzzle. One other thing I don't like about this is that they allow unlimited hints, which essentially takes away the specialty of completing this since you theoretically just ask for the answers to everything. My team tried to do it without any, but we ended up only asking for 2 near the end as we were out of time.
Everything was great but the final puzzle to find the code to escape the room wasn't set up right. We plugged in what we thought was the code and the door was unlocked so the employee told us "oh that wasn't right, the door wasn't locked" so it kind of ruined the excitement of escaping
The puzzle was very linear :(
We wanted to get through without hints, but that was not possible. There were 2 things that were not something that could be reasoned out. Otherwise it was a good experience.
The room itself was well-crafted. However, there was a setup error that broke the immersion. Apparently, one of the owners had been showing off the room and misplaced one of the clues. So when we solved the corresponding puzzle the box was empty and the assistant had to come in and explain what had happened.
