Half day City tour was well taken care - When I booked this tour I was worried about how to contact and all. They send me contact and cleared my doubts prior the trip. They shifted my time and managed half day accordingly. The tour guide Albinhar who came was really great and supportive. He did explain everything and took everywhere on time. Good work Trip advisor team for arranging this.

Highly recommended - Our tour took away all the hassle of transportation, parking, and access. We were able to just enjoy the sites. Some of the sites we visited were not on our list. But they were well worth the time spent. Never thought I wanted to see a pewter factory. But it was one of the highlights of our trip. Our driver, Rajan was well spoken and knowledgeable enough to answer our unscripted questions about anything related to Malaysia. Well done

Indran Best Tour Guide in KL! - Our Driver Indran was the best. He made sure we took our time to see everything in KL. He explained everything and took his time to show us. He is a former body guard so that mades us feel even safer. Lastly i had bought something from Royal Sanger to be delivered. He even followed up to see if I received it. He even went the distance to contact them for mw to find out when I would get it If you come to KL ask for him. Best Tour Guide

Hald Day tour - Kuya Driver, bought us mango juice. We really appreciate that on a hot day tour. He's good guy. He also gave us a ride to our next hotel. And congratulations to him and her wife and to the newly born baby. Best luck in the future always.

Good places but overpriced - Enjoyed little India and the views from the temple. However this is overpriced and the taxi driver didn't give any information or your per se. Simply drove us around. Grab or hiring a taxi driver for 4 hours would have been cheaper and got the same out of it.

I should get the refund !!!!! - The driver came on time and he had good information for Kuala Lumpur . The day was so hot that we just off and on quickly After visiting the hindu temples ( the third stops) the driver dropped me off at little India to gave me time to explore the area quickly. When we resumed I heard a big bang and apparently the engine was dead and we could not continue . I had to wait half an hour in the heat and in the unfamiliar environment for the driver to contact the office and what to do . I demanded to sent me back to the hotel by taxi as I did not want to wait any longer . I am a solo travel and that experience traumatized me. He finally got the approval to get a taxi for me . It was unfortunate event but I hope it won’t happen to any solo travel . I have not complained to the company yet but hope this will suffice as a complaint for them to decide to refund portion of the trip. The tour took me only to see less than half of my sight seeings from the ad provided.

Terrible - We were actually very disappointed. The aircon was not on until we asked several times. The car was not suitable as the windows weren’t big enough. The driver did not speak English well and told us nothing. He was able to tell us where we were going, but no stories, no details. The driver also did not come out with us to then explain stuff. Additionally we did not go to everything described in the package. That is not good. We have other tours booked with Viator so now I’m scared.
