  • Kalerwe Market Path - Drive through the Kalerwe Market, one of Uganda’s largest markets located on Gayaza Road adjacent to the Northern By-pass about 5 kilometres from Kampala City centre. The market primarily sells fruits, vegetables and meat from around Uganda, including Luwero, Mbarara, Wakiso and Mukono. Among the hundreds of vendors, the most common items for sale are:
    Fruits, Yellow Bananas, Vegetables, Matooke, Cassava roots, Beans, Potatoes, Chicken, Goat Meat, Fish,

  • Gaddafi National Mosque - proceed to Gaddafi mosque which is the largest mosque in Uganda and the headquarters of the Islamic faith in Uganda. Here you will get a tour of the mosque and a hike to the top of the minerate / tower to get a 360 degrees view of the city Kampala and the guide will give you all the detailed information about the city.

  • Kabaka’s Palace - visit Kabaka’s Palace / Lubiri, which is the traditional home of the king of Buganda. You will be provided with a Guided tour of this grand palace with historical artefacts, gardens & a visit to Amin’s torture chambers. Proceed to the Kabaka King’s lake a uniquely fascinating and the largest hand-dug or man-made lake in Buganda Kingdom. The Lake occupies 2sq km and is estimated to be 200ft deep. The lake was established in 1885 on the orders of his Majesty Kabaka Mwanga II

  • Owino Market - proceed your ride through the congested lanes of the yet organized chaos of downtown Kampala which is the heart of Kampala city and sightings of the most thriving market Owino which has everything from traditional medicines to televisions and is most famous for its secondhand clothing, but you can also buy cloth to be tailored on-site.

  • Rubaga-Kathedrale - You will proceed to Saint Mary’s Cathedral Rubaga, commonly referred to as Rubaga Cathedral, the parent cathedral of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Kampala, the oldest Roman Catholic diocese in Uganda. The Towering house of God stands on top of one of the original seven hills that make up the city of Kampala.

  • Kampala - End your tour with a visit to one of the Best Places to buy Arts and Crafts in Kampala at the African Village craft market found on Buganda Road which is the biggest craft market in Kampala.

Kampala Tour - Francis was a great guide. It rained right before we left for the tour and the roads were a mess, but we went, had a great time and some how he made sure that we didn't get dirty or wet! He has a wealth of knowledge and I enjoyed him so much, I booked another tour for tomorrow!
