- Western Wall - A highlight of the Jewish Quarter , one of the last standing outer support wall for the Temple Mount and today a major Jewish historic and religious site

Additional Information
Explore on foot the four quarters and major sites to all the three monotheistic faiths that Jerusalem is so central to with this private six hour walking tour. Our guide will take you to explore the Old City, focusing on the religious, historical and cultural sites that interests the many who visit.
Please note that taxis will be used as required to move to different locations around the City and taxi fares are not included in the tour price.
- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements

Great experience - The tour with our guide, Elisabeth, in old city of Jerusalem was the most impressive portion of our trip to Israel. With so much stuff condensed in one place, you feel that you walk into a visual reality book of the history. We made the right choice to participate in the tour as it would be difficult to understand all the background without the help from a knowledgeable person. Elisabeth shared with us the historical and cultural background during the tour, which was great. She was very nice to our 7-year-old daughter and she enjoyed the tour as well.

What a great experience! - As an emerged graduate student of religion and culture, I must admit that this one-on-one tour felt like the perfect class/lecture out in the field.
My guide was Elizabeth, a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Tel Aviv, and I confess that from the second we shared some of our common-favourite thinkers, we bonded.
I only had an experience like this in Alexandria when visited the Libraries. I strongly recommend this private tour to anyone in this field of studies! A+++

Old City Tour - My husband and I had a fantastic guide Elizabeth. I am in a manual wheelchair and she was extra kind. Her knowlege of Jerusalem, the history of the area and her presentation made it come alive.
Do this tour. You will be very happy and if you can request Elizabeth.

We were met by Hava at our hotel at... - <p>We were met by Hava at our hotel at the time agreed in advance. Hava inquired about our interests and then suggested an itinerary for the day. It was extremely hot, so we didn't get to see all that we had intended but it was understandable as we preferred to stay inside a bit longer at each place. We took two breaks for coffee and lunch, both at places suggested by our guide but we didnt feel pressured to go there. They both were excellent. Hava's commentary was well balanced and she could go into much depth at each site. If i were to make one suggestion to improve, it would be to discuss the itinerary for the private tour in advance, which could allow to schedule a car pickup if necessary. We had to wait about 25min for a cab to get to our starting point at the top of Mount Olive.</p>
