Bein Harim Tourism Services - Big thanks to our Tour guide Dan Porges and our driver, Muhammad. Dan is a seasoned Professional who is extremely knowledgeable. His easy going manner and rapport is highly commendable. If and when he decides to hang up his Tour Guide sneakers, Bein Harim Tourism Services should keep him on to Mentor the younger generation coming through the ranks. Thank you @Dan ... from Gershon

Average tour, scary place - It was something I would never bother with again, felt unsafe, the tour was arranged with Oceania Cruise lines, and our tour guide was hopeless. The tour was not what we thought it would be. Not being religious I thought it was something i can say to people been there done it.

Awesome Tour HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Amazing tour - guide very clearly explained each part of Jerusalem while still keeping the tour engaging. Extremely knowledgeable and not afraid to answer questions. Able to handle a large group of 30 people. Highly recommend. 10/10.

Great tour - Had to wait a bit for pick up and our tour guide could be more knowledgeable. Other than that, this was a great tour of Jerusalem. Saw the Garden of Gethsemane and went inside the church - very sombre. Went to the Western Wall and prayed at the Wailing Wall. We explored some of the Stations of the Cross. Our tour was on a Friday so this meant that the Holocaust museum was closed so we went to visit Mount. Zion (King David's tomb and hall of the last supper) instead. Lastly, I met many lovely people on this tour.

Good information but needs improvement - Lots of interesting information and sites. A little confusion in the beginning. The guides should have signs so we know who they are at pick up and communicate more about where we are going. We switched buses at the botanical gardens but were not told that is where we were. As a result we didn’t really get to look around. The guide should also do more to connect with the group.

Very disappointing - After 1.5 years of traveling the world and a lot of tours, I have to say that this was by far the worst. We booked the tour in German and Jakob was our guide. At the beginning of the day, our bus was relatively punctual and the pick-up went smoothly. From the last pick-up point, we were then driven to a restaurant where the groups were then distributed to their correct buses. At around 8:45 a.m., there was an initial briefing on the tour and the city and at 9:15 a.m. the tour started. You drive towards the old city and skip the Mount of Olives and the Garden of Gethsemane, which are listed as the first point in the official description of the tour. So you just have to be content with the view as you drive past. During the tour through the city, we were given vague statements here and there about places and things in the city. Questions were often answered with counter-questions or "funny" comments and thus rarely led to a satisfactory result. In general, we had the feeling that our guide was not at all interested in answering our questions or in knowing whether he had answered them clearly. Often, everyone in the group just looked at each other in confusion. Once, a waitress nearby overheard a question and kindly answered it in a way that we could understand, as our guide was unable to do so. We were dropped off at several locations for certain periods of time and, with luck, we found out what to expect at that location. Shortly before noon, we went to a souvenir shop that tried to woo us with a 50% discount because we were a tour member. This was just a scam, the shop was outrageously overpriced. In the shop opposite, we found the same souvenirs for more than half the price, and that was before any discount was added. For lunch, we went to the Panoramic Restaurant. The view and the prices there are actually OK. From there, the group split up and other people joined our group. The whole thing ended in a huge organizational hustle and bustle. The new people in our group only spoke English and from there on our guide started a wild "real-time translation". The focus seemed to be on English, which is actually his strength. Not a problem for us but I think it would be unacceptable for some people who specifically book a German tour. In any case, we didn't go home any wiser than before and the rest of the group felt the same in many respects. Absolutely not recommended and really sad.

Missed out on entire trip - What a shame that the bossy tour guide managed to loose one of our party before getting to the first sight. The rest of the party continued on at high speed and she was left roaming for 4.5 hours trying to find the group. Without local SIM cards the group couldn’t reconnect as no WiFi. When contacting the number on the badge duly stuck on her shoulder, the voice message was that the office was closed due to Sabbath. No map was given and no mid way meeting points given so impossible to catch up. A refund is requested please. Thank you.
