Via Giovanni Romero, 5r - Apero SUP (Stand Up Paddle) at sunset in the wonderful bay of Capolungo (Nervi).
At the end of Anita Garibaldi promenade, you will find Capolungo, a picturesque bay still populated by the last fishermen of the area.
Meeting at 18:45 in Capolungo (Nervi).
We will begin our excursion to explore with the SUP the Riviera of the Golfo Paradiso. We will visit small beaches and hidden coves that can only be reached from the sea, fully enjoying their beauty.
During our way back, we will be able to admire an unforgettable sunset before returning to Capolungo, where we will be able to relax while enjoying an aperitif on the beach accompanied by typical Ligurian products.
If you are at your first experience in SUP (Stand Up Paddle), the guide will teach you how to paddle in complete safety to make you completely independent on the board.

First SUP experience - The SUP experience at Capolungo beach was wonderful!
The guide who accompanied us on the tour was technically very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
He always put us at ease and, although we were total beginners, he helped us overcome any difficulty with serenity and competence.
The aperitif based on local delicacies (including focaccia from Recco) at the end of the activity was the perfect conclusion to an afternoon spent full of fun.

Cradled on the waves - Beautiful sunset on the SUP, the guys on the team are fantastic and even for those who have never tried they make the experience easy and pleasant and then returning to the beach a nice surprise: aperitif and platter in front of the sea.
