Great view, unique experience - The view during this trip was amazing. A unique experience! You will be picked up promptly from your hotel/riad. You will then be welcomed at the base camp with traditional tea. For 300 MAD you can have photos taken of the balloon flight by a photographer and a video is made with a drone (this is worth the money, you will receive the photos and video in the evening or the next day). Before take-off, an experienced balloonist will give you instructions on how to land safely. Then the hot air balloon ride starts, lasting about 45 minutes / 60 minutes. You have a great view over the desert. In addition to our hot air balloon, there were at least 30 other hot air balloons that took off at about the same time. After the descent we were picked up and given a good breakfast at the base camp. After breakfast you will receive the certificate and you will be taken back to your hotel. The palmsballooning team is very friendly and helpful.

Incredible morning - Everything was excellent! Easy yet early pick up. Safe and beautiful balloon ride with Youssef. And yummy breakfast after and safe transport back into town. Bucket list item - highly recommend this company.

Fantastic experience! - Great experience! The crew were charming and efficient. Pilot knowledgeable and friendly. Gorgeous post-flight breakfast. The trip itself was stunning. The sunrise over the mountains was beautiful. A great way to experience this amazing landscape.

Excellent!! - It was a grp of 13 people in one balloon ride. The tour picked us up on time.. everything was lovely! The ballonist knew what he was doing! It was a must do and serene experience!

Amazing experience - I had an amazing experience in the hot air balloon. I chose this particular trip as there was less people on the balloon. It felt not so crowded. The whole trip was extremely well done. Communication, and instruction were to meet were straight forward. I was sent a map to show me the pick up point. Everything was done perfectly. The breakfast was nice, had a chance to chat with the other people on the trip. Staff were professional and friendly. I felt like we were all in safe hands. It was without a doubt the best thing about my trip to Marrakech. Well done guys, thank you.

Wonderful experience - Went with Palms ballooning (Mustafa) We were picked up from our hotel and then dropped off again. The balloon is a small one which we would recommend which was for 12 people. Some have the basket for 32 people which seems far too big. The experience was amazing, beautiful views and Mustafa got the people singing Happy birthday for our friends birthday. He was professional and experienced. We then had a traditional breakfast which was great. Nothing was too much trouble. Go with the smaller company, reasonable price, safe and fully insured. We were told that the 32 person basket insured 19 people so just be aware if you go with a bigger basket. Go with Palms balloons , we done loads of research before which we are glad we did and the experience was special.

Hot Air Balloon - This is a must do trip if you are going to Marrakesh. The getting into the baskets for take off and the flight’s landing are both an experience in themselves! The balloon ride itself though is just an amazing experience. It may be an early start, but it’s totally worth it.
