They were also flexible about our return to Danang, so even though the guide stopped just after 5 p.m., we were able to enjoy the city for dinner and then return via Hoi An Express at 7:15.
The guide was very informative and spoke the best English of any guide we've had in Vietnam. Hoi An is a definite don't miss venue.

We visit Chinese temple, Japanese Bridge, Hand craft centre, local markets, etc. Only negative factor was local agent asked extra money for transportation and we complained to Viator about it and We did not receive any respond from Viator. Finally local tour operator agreed not to charge for transportation to hotel. We can recommend you to have lunch in Hoi An, they do have nice restaurants and they cook very nice and fresh sea food

The place is worth to go - The area is unique and worth to go but the tour guide from Hoi An Express is not professional at all. All the way he walked by himself or sometimes disappeared. Not much information or expectation on the place but instead he asked a lot of information from us after knowing we are from Hong Kong.
