We were very happy. He tailored the tour to what we hadnt already seen on foot. Even though it may rain we headed out anyway. It ended up being perfect.
Tour was good. However, when a participant in our group fell I was amazed that the tour guide had no emergency plan of action. First aid kit contained a few old bandaids and one small antiseptic wipe. Had to call 911 ourselves and waited in location until ambulance arrived. The tour guide and group continued with tour. Also no follow up to make sure participant was ok. Fortunately after emergency trip participant was released.
I think the tour overall was very good. The experience of riding a Segway was great. It was difficult with the marathon going on to navigate around all the people in the area but this was more than made up by giving us extra time and special areas to view. The learning to use the Segway at the beginning was great! I quickly became accustom to it. We enjoyed going through the airfield park area. Beautiful views of the city. We would have enjoyed more time/comment on the art pieces, parks, and history of Chicago we were visiting and going by on the tour. I would do this tour again and recommend it to others.
Great tour with great stops with gorgeous views. However , there was one stop we took and got off of our segways for 20 minutes which I did not think was necessary for a 2 hour tour
Eric was an amazing guide. I injuries myself and he was great at taking care of me thru the tour. I appreciated his narration of the city and his personality was awesome.
Tour was fun, tour guide was knowledgeable, easy to ride Segway even for a beginner. Great for kids!
This was so much fun and fairly easy to learn. Our guide Sarah was excellent. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely like to come back again.
I/we could have used more training and closer shepherding. I really was not competent to mix it up with all those tourists and Chicagoens on Michigan Avenue. Thankfully, no one was run over. But our group was photographed and filmed more than a dozen times. Who knows what home videos we are on. - Ann Hansen
We had a great time. Jessica, was very knowledgeable about the area. She also let us just get up and ride and really enjoy the Segway experience. Highly recommend this experience.
It was so much fun to ride the segways! The area is amazing and the guide gave interesting facts, but he would start talking before everyone got to the destination. There were 9 people on the tour and we were normally in the back of the line, so we missed hearing the first parts of his info every time we stopped at a sight. Other than that it was great! I would do it again.
The guide was very knowledgeable and was astute enough to realize that there was an event going on at the Adler Planetarium where two scientists were observing the sun's surface and also the area out some distance from the suns surface. This activity is not something that is not routinely scheduled so you need to look to see if it happens to be going on when you are walking by. Our guide realized that the doors was open and knew that this rare opportunity was available for our group to witness. It was an interesting experience to add to the experience of the Segway itself.
It was a fantastic experience. It was our first time on Segways and after just a few directions, we were comfortable and having a ton of fun! Our tour guide, Johnathon, was exceptional, informative and entertaining. The tour started and ended on time and we covered so much more of Chicago than we could have on foot, bike or the trains. Loved it!!
This is our 5th Seguey tour in 5 cities. We thought our tour guide had very little to share about the sights we saw. A little disappointed.
The tour guide was friendly and a good segway instructor. Tons of fun, 2 hours flew by. We were a group of 4 so was simple learning and easy to keep everyone together.
Danielle was a great tour guide. She was full of energy, very informative. She was also focused on each individual personally. Very hands on and alert at the same time. Had a great time. Thanks Danielle!!!✌
Danielle was awesome. The guy behind the counter was not very welcoming. We got stuck in large crowds coming out of Soldier Field and that interrupted our tour. The Segway tour was fun. Would consider it again.
We had a fantastic time! Our tour guide was AWESOME! Lots of energy & fun! The Segways were very easy to use. Loved it! Would definitely do it again! Highly recommended!
The tour was great, and our tour guide, Sarah, was very personable and learned everyone's name. One Segway quit working about half way through the tour, so we all had to wait while another one was brought to us. We all made the best of it though. Some walked to a Hot Dog Wagon, while other's sat in the shade.
I just feel like if it's two hours it should be a full two hours of Touring not 30-35 minutes of training included in that two hour time frames.
Wish there was some history given on Grant Park and surrounding riding areas.
Great energy by our guide and overall, a fun day.
It was a great experience. Definitely the best way to see all the Lakefront landmarks. We also learned a lot about Chicago from our Tour Guide (Maggie). Great job!
We went on a family outing with my 3 adult children, along with partners, and had a great time. Segways are loads of fun to ride on, and the learning curve was very fast. Eric, our guide, knew some obscure facts about the city and took us on a great tour. We stopped at a hidden away beach that I never knew existed, which was a bonus. All in all a great time and a value for the money spent.
Rachel was very personable and a great tour guide!
My wife and son loved the route and the overall customer service and satisfaction was truly 5 stars
I would have liked to tour more of the city and less of the outside of museums you can get tickets to see. I wanted history and trivia and found the info boring. It isn't that hard to share interesting stories about the city and history. I felt like I knew more than our tour guide. I would have liked to see a lot more places.

A fun and cool way to visit the city and learn more about the fun facts! Richie was am amazing guide!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our Segway tour. Our tour guide was delightful, informative but didn't take over our enjoyment with constant talking. We hope to do another tour soon!
The Tour guide named Christobol was super nice and really patient. My son was having a hard time steering and he gave him his segway. I thought this was incredibly thoughtful. We had a wonderful time. It was super fun!
Our Guide very Good, the tour excelent and the views excelent.
Our guide was great! Very informative about the City.
Our family took the two hour Segway tour and loved it. The instructor and our guide were fantastic. We were able to cover a significant amount of area, learn interesting facts about the city and have a lot of fun! I highly recommend the tours at this location!
Tour guides Segway broke down twice. Aside from that it was a great experience!
