Primarily, I am a homemaker and mom who gained culinary skills from my mother and grandmother, a common occurrence in Italian families. I spent two decades in the foodservice industry, functioning as a chef in my own enterprise as well as in employment. I am a cooking enthusiast who prefers wholesome meals, hence, my preference for the marketplace. I enjoy interacting with people, building new relationships, and imparting my knowledge.
