Great tour with pick-up in Saigon. Would definitely do it again. - The tour was really cool and perfect if you're in Saigon. You have to get up early, but it's well worth it. You're picked up and get on the boat at around 5:30 a.m. The sun is just rising and you drive around between the boats of the floating market. We also visited a rice noodle factory and a cocoa plantation. Breakfast was included and was prepared on the floating market. We would book the tour again and again. Our guide Edward spoke great English and had an answer to all of our questions.

Nice day trip to the Mekong region - It was a very nice tour that I can definitely recommend. We were picked up at the hotel at 2:30 am sharp and were on the boat heading to the floating market for sunrise. All in all, a great tour to get an insight into the Mekong region if you're short on time. We were a small group of 5 people and our tour guide Edward was great!

Very interesting and delicious tour - We had a wonderful tour with our guide Edward and our boat driver Man. Shortly before sunrise we set off for the floating market, where we watched the hustle and bustle of the market and enjoyed breakfast, fresh from the market, on the water. The subsequent visit to the rice noodle factory was also very interesting. The production process was explained to us and we were able to get involved ourselves. At the end we had a cocoa tour, saw the production process of various products and tasted chocolate (so good!), cocoa wine and hot chocolate. The tour was very well organized, including the pick-up and the journey (so relaxed that I slept in the car). Edward explained everything to us during the tour and answered all of our numerous questions. A big compliment to him for carefully checking the ingredients of all the dishes to make sure I could eat them (I have to eat gluten-free) and to Man, who folded beautiful animals and flowers out of a palm tree for us. I was completely satisfied and can definitely recommend the tour.

Epic Adventure to the Floating Markets and Mekong Delta with Edward and Mam - Our trip to the Floating Markets and the Mekong Delta kicked off in the middle of the night (yep, 2:30 am pick-up!), but it was totally worth it to catch the market vibes at sunrise. Being on the boat and watching the day start was something else. The market itself was a blast. Imagine boats everywhere, loaded with fruits and veggies, and our guide Edward in the middle of it all, explaining everything and making sure we got the full experience. He was super knowledgeable and fun, making sure we knew what was going on and what all the vendors were selling. Big shoutout to Edward for looking out for my wife too. She’s got celiac disease, and he made sure she had a tasty and safe breakfast right there on the boat. It’s not every day you find that kind of attention to detail. Next we went to a place where they make rice noodles. It was cool to see how it’s all done and even try our hand at some of the steps. After noodle-making, we cruised down a small canal, just soaking in the scenery and the local lifestyle, which was super relaxing and beautiful. The last stop was a cacao farm where they make chocolate by hand. We got to taste it along with a hot chocolate, and yes, it was as awesome and delicious as it sounds. And can’t forget about Mam, our boat captain. She was the sweetest and made the trip even more special. Even though getting up super early is usually not our thing, this trip made it more than worth it. We had an incredible time with Edward and Mam, exploring on our little boat. If you’re thinking about checking out the Floating Markets and Mekong Delta from Ho Chi Minh City, this is the way to do it. Trust me, it’s an adventure you won’t forget.
