A trip to Italy is incomplete without savouring at least one pasta dish… So, we’re going to guide you in creating two! Master the art of rolling ‘sfoglia’ (fresh pasta) by hand and discover how to whip up 2 different types of pasta from scratch, all under the guidance of your Cesarina. For the perfect finish, you’ll also learn to create the delectable Tiramisu. This hands-on cooking workshop is a fantastic opportunity to immerse yourself in Italian culture and cuisine while creating friendships. Key aspects of the class include:
• Mastering the technique of rolling ‘sfoglia’ (fresh pasta) by hand
• Creating 2 different, iconic pasta types
• Whipping up the celebrated Tiramisu
• An intimate cooking session with a group of no more than 12 people. Share your appreciation for Italian cuisine with fellow lovely attendees
