10/10 tour experience - This experince was amazing.Dewa was very responsive.Imformed me on what to do and what to bring to prepare for our tour.and the guide on the gede was a great tour guide and an awesome photografher.he got all the right angles and made me feel and look a super model :) i say dont wait book this experince......

Great adventure of Nusa penida - The image in the advertisement match exactly what you see there.especilay for you who looking for snorkeling adventure . The excursion is really recommended as you can Marvel at the dream places of the island When you come to the island ,take this trip the picture you never forget.,:)

Great amazing sharing tour - Great group tour experience,we were two and joined with other 4 person.The driver pick up US at our hotel at 06.30 am than brought US to the harboar for the small briefing before tour.And we did west part tour that visited outstanding view such as kelingking ,angle bilabong ,brocken beach and the last we get relax at krystal bay.all over the guide was good and the compay was well managed for our trip .it is recommended for you with budgeting or backpacker trip cause the trip is really affordable price.

very well organized. - Nice transport, and very well organized. Agus our guide on Nusa Penida was great during the day. Present but discreet, impeccable driving despite the road, letting us choose the places where we wanted to stay and each time taking us to places with fewer people to take the photos. Thank you 🙏

Nusa Penida tour - The tour operator picked us on time from the hotel and dropped us at the harbor. The cruise to the island was comfortable. They showed us around the beaches and then dropped us at the harbor for the cruise back.

Great experience - Highly recommend this tour. Morris was a great guide and a fantastic driver. We went snorkeling in 3 great places, and got an awesome look at Kelingking Beach. The transfer to and from our Nusa Dua hotel was seamless

Not happy - We purchased the west trip of Penida which includes Kellingking Beach, Angel's Billabong, Broken Beach and Crystal Bay. Our driver only took us to 3 out of 4 places. He did not mention at the start of the tour that we would not be going to Crystal Bay. After visiting Angel's Billabong and Broken Beach which are right next to each other, I asked him if Crystal Bay is our next stop to which he replied no. He explained that there were some roadworks. He took us to Singabu Sand Beach without telling us that it was a restaurant and we were not allowed to stay there without ordering food or drinks. We were forced to buy some drinks when we just finished the free lunch included in the tour. My husband was not happy and asked our driver why he did not take us to Crystal Bay. Our driver said that there were some materials (not sure if construction materials) and it was not a good time to go there. If we have known before booking this tour that we would only visit 3 places, we would not have booked this tour. We would have selected a cheaper one that includes 3 places. Not happy with this tour.

Book alone - The landscape is beautiful and the people are friendly. We booked a German-speaking guide, but we got a driver who spoke poor English and didn't explain anything.

OVERCROWDED, SUPERFICIAL, WORTHLESS INSTAGRAM PLACES - First thing to know, I participated in this tour on the 19th of May, which was not even the high season (compared to July/August). It was so CROWDED everywhere, at the harbor, on the roads, at all places. I knew it would be crowded but that was too much. I cannot even imagine what it would be like during high season...and our guide said that it's even worse. On the road, you can see dozens of cars, full of tourists, following each other from one place to another. The program is as follows: You spend time in the traffic, following cars full of tourists. You walk out, stop every second because somebody is taking a picture in front of you, you walk by the influencers changing clothes and doing their make up for the best Instagram picture. Then you take your picture, pretending like everyone else that the place is natural and almost empty, then you return, running to the convoy of cars to the next Insta spot. You are always in a hurry, and the "guide" will systematically ask you if you want a picture, and two seconds later, ask you to go faster because we don't have time. Oh and there are also places where you have to pay for taking a picture, a fee for each person in the picture ! Moreover, you will have to pay everytime that you want to go to the toilets, which could be okay, but is not when you find out how dirty they are. Now let's talk about what they dared to call the "lunch". It was the blandest meal I have ever eaten. The menu has a very poor selection and the food was a real joke. They say that lunch is included, but you will most likely have to order something else than what is proposed because it is either bad, bland or not enough. Our "guide", I would say it is more a driver than anything else, was nice but nothing special, he didn't even say goodbye. Overall, I think that is really not worth it. It is very expensive for what it is. Yes the places are beautiful if you find a spot without too many tourists, yes you can get very nice pictures but, everything is ruined by people's superficiality. Social media made this place too famous and now it is ruined. There is trash everywhere and people do no even care about the place itself, they just want to show that they were there and look at the places through their phones and not their eyes. If you are one of them, then it's up to you to participate in a business that ruins what was initially a wonderful place.

Despite buying a... - Despite buying a customize your plan package (quite costly), there was no option to choose things we wanted to be or not to be part of the itinerary. We started from the hotel as per the requested time but after completing snorkeling (where also we followed the prescribed schedule) we were simply told there is no time left for covering other spots. Also, had specifically requested if we could get some help during snorkeling and were assured of that but once on the boat, there was only one guide for 20+ people and despite requesting was not interested to help at all. Overall a wasted day!!
