The Marble Mountains - Pickup from hotel in Hoi An or Da Nang, drive to Marble Mountain (in Da Nang), discover the stunning Âm Phủ cave inside Marble Mountain with your local guide to learn how Vietnamese soldiers used to hide and fight in the wars. The cave was also a secret hospital to save wounded soldiers.
Walk 150 steps or take the elevator to the peak of Marble Mountain. Knowledgeable guide will show you the best highlights so you don’t have to spend too much energy but still see the hidden beauty that most people miss. You will admire the rustic charms of historical pagodas, Buddhist statues and shrines, which are a few centuries old. Local believers and monks pray here often. You will lean interesting local beliefs and Buddhism. -
The Marble Mountains - Continue to explore Marble Mountain, enjoy the river views and ocean breeze at various points. Visit the huge Heaven Cave, you will take in the beauty of natural limestone formations. Take pictures with rustic statues of Lady Buddha, Happy Buddha…
Visit the 500-year-old Carving Village to see amazing marble scuptures make by local people at the foot of Marble Mountain. - Son Tra Peninsula - We then drive along Da Nang coast to MONKEY MONTAIN (Also known as Son Tra peninsula). You’ll take in amazing views of Da Nang city, Pacific ocean, Cham islands, endless beaches, hundreds of fishing boats… You’ll see common Macaque monkeys… IF LUCKY, you’ll see the rare & endangered colorful Langur monkeys.
- Lady Buddha - At half way of Monkey Mountain, we spend a short while to visit the giant Lady Buddha Statue, standing at 68 meters 233 feet tall. She smiles upon the fishing village and blesses local people while fishing in the deep sea. There are beautiful flower and bonsai gardens, and viewpoints to capture amazing snap-shots of Da Nang city and its beaches.

Was a great way to see many of the landmarks around Da Nang - Great tour, I enjoyed every minute of it! The tour guide and driver were both very friendly and the tour guide had a lot of insights on the many places we visited. Food was included in the tour and, while simple, was very tasty. Also appreciated the tour guide and driver both having lunch with me which seems to be frowned upon based on my experience with other tours I’ve done. This was not a cheap tour but I feel like I got value for money in having a guide to myself and a nice comfortable and well air conditioned car

A fantastic trip around Marble Mountain and Monkey Mountain - We had a fantastic time with Thanh and the team. We did the private jeep and car tour with a meal. You get to ride in an old US jeep for part of the trip. Highly recommended!

Worth a visit - Fabulous but long day. Cruise then bamboo boats ride and short trip on a speedboat. Saw monkeys and fed them. The staff were really helpful and friendly

Sensational day out - Excellent tour with the best tour guide ever. Wonderful tour with an excellent lunch. JOHN is a fabulous guide and a credit to himself and the company. Extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of the tour. Nothing was a problem for John, and his personality was infectious.Do yourself a favour and this tour Thanks John for a fun and fabulous day out. Excellent Guide for Marble mountain tour and area. Lahn🙏🙏 - Lahn was a fabulous tour guide. Very knowledgeable about history, religion, food, sites to see in Vietnam. He also took pictures of us and sent after the tour. Great driver, nice truck, safe. We are grateful to Lahn and highly recommend DaNang.

Great tour! Thanks Sunny! - This tour was perfect for us on a hot (38C) day. Sunny was our guide and he and his driver picked us up early in the morning in a lovely air conditioned truck. We got to Marble Mountain before the crowds. Sunny was a wonderful guide! Very informative and knowledgeable. We were not hopeful to see monkeys at Monkey Mountain in the heat but our driver spotted some and we were able to stop and watch them. There were more monkeys seen at the Lady Buddha.
We would recommend Sunny and Local Buddy Tours!!!

Jeeps up Money Mountain! - Brilliant private tour, top value for money.

Private tour was so worth it! - We had the pleasure of having Thanh as our guide and Vu as our driver! We had a large van just for our family of four and it was great. They were both super friendly and took care of us through out the tour with cold waters, outlining level of physical activity needed (elderly parents) and a delicious lunch. Thanh is super knowledgeable and made sure to get lots of photo opportunities in at each stop. Highly recommend this tour!

Monkey Mountain, Lady Buddha and Marble Caves - all-in-one! - John was an excellent guide, very friendly and knowledgeable. The tour was well-organised with transportation, pit-stops and our meal all perfectly timed.

Have fun with Sunny! - Got picked up in a nice van and headed towards Marble Mountain. The views , the caves and the history regarding Buddha were amazing. We then headed towards Monkey Mountain and transferred into jeeps for the drive around there. Again, the views were spectacular but we hadn’t seen monkeys yet. As we were heading back out driver stopped as he had spotted a group of them. We took pictures, transferred back to the bus and we were dropped back at our hotel. It was probably on the expensive side but maybe because they have to maintain the jeeps etc .
