Fun cultural experience - We loved walking around with Lyall and Learning about all the local plants and fruits. Particularly interesting with seeing all of the different animals he keeps and tends to. We eat at a couple of local snack, shacks, and tried some local drinks. All in all, it was fun, informative, and a great way to experience local culture.

An excellent representative of the beautiful island of Nevis - The most memorable part of this tour was meeting Greg! His enthusiasm for teaching us about Nevis made the experience even better. The island is beautiful and a different experience from ST Kitts. Give Greg and NST a call.

Insightful - Firstly, I'd like to thank Derek for his patience as we were presented with travel challenges on the day of our tour, which meant we arrived later than planned. The tour was informative and insightful and provided me, especially, with further knowledge of the sister island to St Kitts. I had done two tours previously by road but a walking tour gives a slightly different perspective. Thanks again Derek Jo & Adrian

Very interesting walking tour. - Very interesting walking tour highlighting the history of Nevis. Our guide, Derek, seemed to know everybody and knew the history of the island.

Inciteful stroll around Nevis - Derek was a very knowledgeable guide, who provided a lot of interesting information about the history of Nevis. He also shared insights into the culture, the people and flora and fauna of Nevis. The tour group was small, which was great as Derek was able to address all our questions. The tour was paced perfectly, with time to take in the various sights on the trail.

History explained - Derek gives a great tour. He knows Nevis history and points out incredible things we would never see if we walked around ourselves. When in Nevis look him up.

Terrific walking tour with Derek! - We learned so much during the historical walking tour of Charlestown with Derek — both about the history of Nevis and life on Nevis in contemporary times. Derek is a terrific tour guide and I would highly recommend this tour. He also can provide helpful suggestions for your time on the island

Tour Cancelled With No Notification and No Refund - The tour guide did not show up for the tour. There was no notification of the cancellation and no response to the multiple messages I sent (at the time the tour was to start, 15 minutes after the scheduled time, and 30 minutes after the scheduled time) until several hours after the tour. I also called the listed phone number as did a local taxi driver, but there was no answer. This was very disappointing as I booked my trip to St. Kitts and Nevis to be sure I was on Nevis on Tuesday so I could join this tour. I have not yet received a refund for this tour either which the guide said she would address. Very unsatisfactory from both the tour company and Viator (with whom I have had many excellent experiences).
