A beautiful afternoon ride in Copenhagen - We had a great tour last week. Copenhagen was busy with cars and bikes, but we were safely guided throughout the city to see many of the main sites. It was a great introduction to the layout of the city. Our guide had great recommendations for sightseeing and dining.

Excellent Information - Svenya was a friendly, knowledgeable and good-humoured guide. I had not ridden a bike for a long time but felt well cared for in the group as Svenya consistently ensured the group stuck together, even in areas of traffic. Svenya was informative and happily answered questions - she gave me great recommendations for canal boat tours and places to eat when I asked after the tour. Thanks!

Bad, unfriendly andnot trust worthy - Unfriendly, rude and not trust worthy operators! First, never said a welcoming word to any of the people who were getting into the shop. The guy sitting there looked totally unhappy with the job, never smiled never said anything pleasant during our unfortunate time in that shop. Second, the service offers to accommodate children in its online booking page. Hence, we asked if our daughter, 11 years, gets tired, any special consideration in that case. Instead of showing some professionalism and suggesting some obvious measures as a service provider, the person started arguing with me on what I think should happen, and all this in very rude way. I gave up after a while and asked if our payment can be refunded and he said yes. Then he reverted, asking me to call the online company I booked through, while he knew that they will not refund. So, all together a bad, unfriendly and not trust worthy service, across the stack.
